She did not or would not respond to multiple outreaches via email or telephone, for simple requests such as copy of receipts, what are the transportation arrangements, can we book additional rooms? Simple requests! She finally sent our transportation arrangements via email while we were on our flights headed to our destination. In my 20 plus years of traveling, I have never experienced such poor customer service. It's unfortunate that my experience wasn't as glowing as the other reviewer. But you live and learn.
