Their camera apparently did not properly read my license plate, and I was embarrassingly removed from the line, even after I showed the attendant the email I received when I purchased this Service. The Attendant was a bit rude about it, and it's frustrating because I did pay for this service. If this company cannot treat its paying customers with courtesy and respect, why should I continue to pay them? I strongly recommend you find another company for your car-washing services and avoid wasting your time or feeling disrespected, as I did today. Update. Customer service reached out to me to ask about my experience with them. I told them about it. They told me they removed me from their line to avoid blocking other customers, which is understandable. He could not explain how the attendant handled the situation, ignored my proof of payment, and lacked Customer Service, all while being rude about it. The customer service rep on the phone told me that Zip Thru Express Car Wash had paused my account until I took down this review. I asked them to repeat themselves because I couldn't believe what I heard. I told them that I would not remove this review because this was my experience with their company. I was then told they would terminate my account if I did not remove this review. Then they followed up with "You wouldn't want your customers talking badly about the business you're using, would you?" I told them I had a right to write a review about a bad Customer Service experience. I was then told that they are going to terminate my service because "we don't want you here." I asked them what they meant by that. They tried to clean up by telling me that they mean we don't want unhappy customers here. Take the last two sentences as you will because I'm reading between the lines. I told him, "Fine," and they terminated my account. I will not give you my money for bad Customer Service, and apparently they do not need my money because they do not want an unhappy customer like myself there. We subscribe to the monthly unlimited exterior plan for both our cars, and feel like the name of the company says it all. Our service level lets us pop in and have the exterior washed and hand-dried whenever we need it, at both the Fairfield and Vacaville locations. They also apply wheel dressing, and the hard-working finishing staff always smiles when they announce that our car is ready. We get a lot of use out of our monthly subscription--it is the best deal in car care in the area! It's rare, but when we have asked them to re-wipe something they might have missed, they are always congenial and do it without hesitation. Occasionally, we'll also add on extra service when we take it in, such as an interior vacuuming or more, and the service level we have come to expect and enjoy is carried into that additional service, as well.
