We've have been to Top Golf locations in our home areas, but never in Vegas. We checked this location out on a recent guys trip and had a great time. We got a bay on the second level. The views from the bay are pretty great. The game selections have improved since the last time any of us went. We played the classic top golf game, a Sonic the Hedgehog game and a field goal game. Came to have a late game with my husband. Asked for left handed clubs at check in, they said to ask our host when we got to our station. Got to our station and started our game. My husband played with right handed clubs for 10 mins and then I went to look for an employee. I was told someone would come and help us soon. Took a few minutes but someone eventually came and took our order. We asked for 2 waters, an espresso martini, and a cup of tea. The espresso martini came quick, the water and tea took longer. Worst customer service. Family and I came for our nephew's birthday and it was our first time here. Asking questions is a big deal I guess because our server was completely rude and told us "there are signs everywhere if you just read them". And when my brother in law tried to ask her another question she cut him off and said "I don't know why you're mad" and walked away. Awesome experience! It was my first time trying Topgolf, and I had a lot of fun. I walked in with no reservation and it was about a 45 minute wait on a Sunday for a bay, which is about average given how busy and popular Topgolf can be. Once the bay was ready, I got a text to go over. Initially chose 110 minutes for my session, and when it was close to 10 minutes, it gave me an option to extend, which I did for an extra 15 minutes. It was cool that there were complimentary clubs and game modes to choose when playing. I stuck to the regular game mode, which was a couple rounds of trying to score hitting into colored circles. Service was very nice and when I accidentally had a cut on my hand during my session, they promptly gave me a bandaid. I went around 4:30-7 pm, so I wasn't hungry enough to try their food, but it looked good from what I saw at other bays. I definitely would like to try Topgolf again back in my LA/SGV bubble, as the Topgolf Las Vegas left a good impression on me. My family had a great time at Top Golf. Came on a Friday night with no reservation and only waited about 15 minutes for a bay on the 2nd floor. While waiting, they had a bar outside with cornhole boards and room for kids to run around. They had multiple games to choose from while golfing and the couches were comfortable and offered plenty of room for a group of 5 (or even more). The chicken nachos were very good and I also enjoyed the Dirty Dr. Pepper a lot! Our server was friendly and attentive. We played for one hour then went back to the cornhole area for a bit. Restrooms were clean and there was plenty of free parking in the lot. We also appreciated the wheelchair/stroller accessible entrance (aka elevator). Visiting from SoCal for a friends party and stopped by the Top Golf here in Vegas. We went during golden hour so the views were clear, immensely beautiful, however it was super hot and humid. We were able to golf from the top deck, which was really nice. The indoors were beautiful and the setup and the whole vibes were pretty cool. Our server was very friendly and interactive with us and they were pretty attentive. We didn't really eat any of the foods that they offered but got some drinks for the tables. Disappointed. I've been to this location several times before and have always had great, accommodating service. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The male supervisor/manager at the counter checkin on duty provided poor customer service and made the experience frustrating. The venue was nearly empty around 9 AM, yet he refused our request for an upper-level deck/bay, claiming only the lower level was available, which was not accurate. It felt like a misuse of authority, especially given how quiet the place was. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location. We ended up going to Atomic Golf instead, where they were happy to accommodate us without issue. Management should ensure supervisors are better trained in customer service and guest experience. read more

You really can't beat the Top Golf weekday morning deal here. For $15, you can play from the time Top Golf opens until noon Monday - Friday. If you're jetlagged and up super early, or just need a break from all the excitement of the strip, I'd suggest coming here. Neither of us had ever played Top Golf before, so there was a bit of a learning curve, but the system itself is super intuitive. Service was prompt, the ambiance was nice, clean, and open. Can't speak to the food but I did treat myself to a morning beer which was surprisingly well priced. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth it if you've got nothing else on your agenda for the morning and want something fun to do without having to pay an arm and a leg. This was my first time visiting Topgolf and I had a blast! The whole process--from booking to playing--was super smooth. I booked online, and it walked me through everything step by step. I received a text with my bay number when I arrived, which made check-in incredibly efficient. We went during the summer and it was definitely warm out, but our server, Stephanie, was fantastic. She checked in with us frequently and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Even the manager stopped by to see how we were doing--really great hospitality all around. Topgolf is a genius idea and a lot of fun! The ambiance is kind of like a club with good music, a bar, and happy people! All ages are welcome, so there is a good mix of people there. It is loud, so if that bothers you, then maybe choose something else for entertainment. The food was delicious, and the service was very good. We shared the Carnitas Nachos and a couple of iced teas. It was hot during the day, so we lost our energy fairly quickly. We had a great time but we would go in the evening next time when it's cooler. Wheelchair accessible. Golf clubs were in okay condition. I spent approx $230 total for 2 people. The only factor that ruined this experience occurred at the end of our time. An employee, who wasn't our server and we didn't know or interact with all night, entered our bay and informed us our time was up and that they were closing soon. This Venue closed at 0200 and it was approximately 0145 when that employee came to talk to us. Being understanding that the employees all wanna go home, I told him cool, and was trying to finish my beer (Chugging it). The employee stayed in our bay and was standing on the turf grass in front of us, waiting for us to leave. I, politely, asked if he could leave because we were wrapping it up and going to leave soon. His presence was also making my girlfriend uncomfortable but he ignored me. Meanwhile, there were approximately 7 other bays with people that didn't have a TopGolf employee standing in their bay.
