A fast tire leak. Without an appointment they took me in right away, as it turns out I had a nail in the side wall. They took me into the shop to show me and I had no choice but to replace the tire. He told me it would be done later in the day but they called me just a couple hours later to say it was done. The car was clean and left in perfect condition. I called and spoke to Glenn who had me bring it in with the appraisal from my insurer. He gave me a good summary of expected damage. Due to needing to order parts, the process took a month but I received updates from Glenn on the status. When I got the car back, everything looked like new. They also calibrated safety sensors and performed a tire alignment. I think this shop does great work. This was an insurance claim so I will not be paying, but I did receive a copy of the final invoice when I picked up and the charges appear reasonable considering how much work they had to perform.
