This is helpful and I appreciate it. This store is always clean and neat. I appreciate that too. I wish that they had other everyday items that I frequently need. It would eliminate me from having to go to multiple stores. They do have one aisle that carries some cleaning supplies, etc., but I'd like to see that expanded slightly for those who are purchasing products for the office.

They were the least expensive place in town, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. However, when I dropped off my copy in the morning, I was told they had a bit of a rush so it would take maybe 30 minutes. I had an appointment in Minneapolis to get to, so I said I'd stop back on my way home that evening. She said she'd call if there were any issues, but she expected it would all go smoothly and assured me the programs would be ready on my return. When I returned, however, 5 hours later the programs hadn't even been started! The person working had no explanation other than "it was a mistake." I was beyond frustrated! He said he'd print them really quickly while I waited. When he handed the stack of programs to me, the programs were off-center, I was offered no apology or discount, and I had to request a bag or box so the programs wouldn't be damaged or fly away when I walked out of the store. Yeesh! A little customer service, please?

She read a book and entertained us for 30-40 minutes each noon hour M-F for 50 days. 50 days!!!! Amazing! Mary was so entertaining, funny, hilarious (inside joke) for kids and adults alike. But what I really learned about was her print making on her father's old and beautiful printing press. You mush go to her FB page where she post videos of her processes. She has a catalog of posters available for purchase. Her poster messages are current and important and beautiful. Her most recent project in partnership with Richard Bresnahan, artist in residence at St. John's University, is the making of a scroll of the Rule of St. Benedict. Mike walked me through a number of options and by the time we were done, it was a magnificent 4 page 11"x17" (making 12 pages), full color, stapled, folded with a separate lake brochure stuffed, and placed into a 6"x9" envelop and mailed via his mailing permit. It was very reasonable priced, was of highest quality and presentation, AND most importantly, resulted in numerous renewals (many not having renewed in 3-9 years) and NEW memberships in the assn. I have been collecting all my UPS packages here for the past few months (about 5-7 so far), and the people there have been courteous and helpful. I'm still not a fan of paying to pick a package (which I probably already paid shipping on), hence the 4 stars, but it's better than having 3 attempts to deliver to my impenetrable apartment building, then drive out to West Bumble**** to go get it. But can't there be some sort of "frequent flyer" plan or something? You know, points for every package I pick up or send from a UPS store? I know I'm going to have to do this in the future when I move to NYC, so I'd really like UPS to show their customers some love (since the MyUPS feature on the website is buggy and useless). Oh well.
