She took care of the roots and then tackled the odd bands of color that had been building up for years. when she finished with me, my hair was beautiful! She took the time to bring my hair to a new level. She lightened my hair to the all over white that I was told by other colorists was not possible. BEST HAIRDRESSER EVER!! I have been going to Indulgence Salon for 2 years and never once disappointed by this place and Amber, my hair stylist. I usually get the brighter looks of highlights and toner with root melt/smudge and I'm always in love with my hair!! The whole crew there is so talented and amazing with knowing how my hair will do with the coloring and knowing how to cut my hair perfectly. All stars with lots of talent here and very reasonable pricing to not ever break your bank!!! This is the only salon to go to at the Beach!! read more

I learned about her training. She has continued her training from Bumble and Bumble in different and current styles, cuts and products. Part of the experience for me is the feel of the salon. What an exceptional experience I had at the Indulgence Salon today! My stylist was Rita, and she did a partial highlight and layered cut on my hair. She listened in detail to the cut/color I asked for and gave exactly that! Everyone here is so friendly, but I would definitely recommend Rita. The prices are very manageable, and the atmosphere was very inviting. Plus, they use Bumble and Bumble products which are amazing. read more

I have had the hair blues for a year now... I have had my hair done by several stylists and none of them could get it right...... until I call Indulgence Salon. The Receptionist, super super sweet, set me up with Rita after I explained my dilemma. I have to be honest, after just having my hair done 3 weeks ago in Missouri ( what a flipping mess) I was super nervous. Well long story short, Rita nailed it .She was able to create the color and cut EXACTLY how I had envisioned it .Not only is she a hair Guru, but her personality,spunk and super friendliness was like a breath of fresh air. I've gone there many times and Allura always exceeds all expectations!!! I take my son there to see her as well (he's 4) bc it seems nobody on the beach knows how to cut his hair properly besides her. I highly suggest them. Avoid this salon at ALL costs! I went in to have Balyage highlights and walked out with bright red hair that extended from my root about 5 inches. Allura tried to calm me down and said I could come back in and she'd fix it, I was charged $188 which included Olaplaex, which obviously this salon doesn't understand how to use properly. I came back in for round 2 a week later and was treated like garbage! When Allura was done with my hair after round 2 it was bright ORANGE! She kept saying " But it's better then it was" like 3 times almost as if she was trying to force me to agree! I hated it and was upset! Allura asked me to come in a third time but only after I expressed how upset I was! I went to leave and was charged another $80!!! I said are you kidding me to there receptionist and she said no. I paid and immediately drove to another salon and that salon owner was stunned by the way my hair looked. I booked an appointment and had to pay $285 for a color correction. Now my hair looks fabulous thanks to that other salon. Avoid Indulgence Salon! The owners are the stylists and they will lie to protect one another, you can't trust a salon like this! read more

I asked for a Pedicure, and walked away with a very mediocre "Spa" French Pedicure that cost $50. They're version of a "Spa" Pedicure is a foot scrub, a three minute massage and some warm water to stick your feet in. I'm used to getting better "Spa" pedicures at the "average" Nail Salon. for $30. (At NJ Prices) I left this place feeling like I just got done with a Bad Date that stuck me with the diner bill. lol. Do yourself a favor Go SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Don't bother wasting your time or money. I tried this place two times for my hair. First time ok not exactly what I wanted. Second time nothing what I asked for. Had to go back to get fixed because I looked like a tiger with all the stripes in my hair. I stupidly decided to try a massage there. I called to make an appt and she wasn't available, but Rachal was, so I decided to try her instead. She was great! The cut was perfect and she is very sweet and nice. Nice place at decent prices. It was fairly enjoyable, except I can admit I am extremely panicy when I get my hair done. I think I upset her by my constant questions and obvious consern, but she remained fairly professional. I will be returning for a trim and possible color. I had a massage scheduled, called one hour before to confirm (I was told everything was ready), and when I got there, I was told the therapist couldn't make it in that day. Even though they had my cell phone number, they did not call me. The customer service here is appalling. Go somewhere else if you don't like people wasting your time! read more
