They still keep the colorful decor they used to have in the old place, a little kitschy but charming nonetheless. The menu has really expanded. Needless to say, $1 taco days are long gone. They do still have $2 tacos, on Tuesday and take out only. (Curiously, we felt that if they had allowed dine in, we would have ordered drinks and maybe some appetizers and other stuff and they would have made more money off us.). Otherwise, the tacos are like $5 each, and they do have a lot of unusual varieties if you want to try something beyond the regular chicken, al pastor and chorizo. Another thing I missed is they used to have a condiment bar with like eight different types of salsa. Now they serve the varieties to you along with some tortilla strips, so you can get a taste of six varieties, and ask them for more of your favorites. Still a great place for authentic Mexican food.

We have not only been returning on a regular basis, we have gotten our daughter's family (including my young grandkids who are picky eaters!) hooked on Papasitos too! We all recommend it to anyone we know who wants good Mexican food.
