The staff was very kind. I knew I wanted the chicken chimichanga before I arrived. They said I could sit at the bar, so I did. The beer on draft that I ordered was out. I ordered a regular margarita. It was good. My meal came out and it was literally a raw, not even grilled burrito. It was tasty, but not the crispy fried tortilla that should have been a chimichanga. When you walk up to the entrance, you don't expect what you see when you walk through the door. The wall art and decorations are truly impressive. I read some reviews about the service being slow, but I have to say they were very quick and the place was fairly busy. It was our first time here, so we ordered some lunch specials. Our waiter was definitely hustling and very attentive. The lunch fajitas don't come on a sizzling skillet, but they definitely just came off of a sizzling plate for sure. I found it to be a very good deal, and a very tasty! My dad loved his enchiladas, I don't remember the exact name of them, but there was one of each beef, chicken, bean, and cheese... in a ranchero sauce. It wasn't made with caucus leaves they use zucchini which is disappointing. But the sauce is favorable. The waiter was constantly trying to up sell your order, suggested the house guacamole which costs more but it really wasn't a guacamole, more like an avocado salad. Best place to have a great time. Friendly people, the bartenders are the BEST around everyone single one of them. I normally go for fun Friday or Saturday night (sometimes both) and Darby and Sean are awesome. And always Karaoke on Fri and Sat. Sunday night is left right center I think starts at 8. They were understaffed, but the people that were working did their best by hustling and working very hard. Nothing at all special about the food, although I do appreciate the fact that the chips were not salted. The salsa was overly salty, so it is good that the chips themselves were not salty. I have had this place saved on my "To try" list for awhile. When planning a dinner out with my family, I had chosen another place, but after finding out they did not have Margheritas, and my daughter and boyfriend did not like the looks of the other place, we decided to go here. Our server was very friendly. Our drinks and chips and salsa came out quickly. My daughter got the strawberry Margherita which was excellent! The menu was huge, so I was having trouble deciding what I wanted. So many options looked really good. So I did what I often do and asked the waiter for recommendations. Unfortunately he couldn't think of one thing to tell me that was really good or popular. He basically just said it depends on what you like. Seeing as I pretty much like anything that is deliciously prepared, this was no help. So, I decided on the La Favoritas, which was a chicken burrito and a chicken enchilda. My daughter got the Enchiladas Poblano, and my boyfriend got the San Miguel which was a shrimp burrito. The food came out quickly. It looked amazing. When I took my first bite, my eyes got real wide and I looked at my boyfriend in amazement. The food was absolutely delicious! The sauce was so flavorful and fresh. The best chicken burrito and Enchilada I have ever had in a restaurant! Everyone was happy with the meals they chose. We ordered fried ice cream for dessert. It was delicious, but I question whether it was actually fried or not. It was so rock hard that it was difficult getting a bite on the spoon. Overall a wonderful dining experience. Oscar was our All Star waiter! I thought he said All Star, when he told us he was Oscar, and he WAS an All Star. He was friendly and efficient. He was constantly checking on us to see if we needed more salsa, chips, or beverages. He also explained the items with which we were unfamiliar. The place was busy, and we appreciated the attention. We three ladies shared a pitcher of red Sangria. It was delicious! We really enjoyed it. One got a glass of Merlot and one had iced tea. All of us had water. We were a party of five. Two had the taco, enchilada, rice and retried beans. I had the taco and enchilada, but chalupa instead of retried beans and rice. We 3 had beef. One had the quesadilla especial with steak. Another had two tacos and two enchiladas - one beef of each and one chicken of each. Everything was SO good. All of us were pleasantly full. And we really wanted to try dessert - flan and fried ice cream. Next time! Many Mexican restaurants are in Pasco County. This is the best of all of them, in our humble opinions! read more

The enchilada was tiny and they used the same sauce as for the tamale. Not a single green thing or vegetable in the plate. Stole a little cilantro from my husbands plate for flavor. This has easily become one of my favorite restaurants. We have been looking for a Mexican restaurant for a while since we moved from South Florida and we have finally found one. We eat here at least once a week. My favorite dish is the Yolanda's enchiladas. It is very flavorful and always cooked very well. It can get crowded later in the evening but we have never had to wait for a table. The staff is very nice and will help you with any questions you have about the menu and will give recommendations.
