Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and personable staff. The waiting room was intimate yet comfortable and even afforded drinks for their clients. We discussed my options and prices while they demonstrated the effects of the various forms of tint. Having made my decision, they gave me an expected time frame and so I left the car with them to go have lunch with my buddy. When I returned, the car was done and boy did they knock it out of the park! The tint fit was perfect, even on the difficult to reach rear glass with defroster. They warned me that the rear might produce some bubbles but that those would dissipate after the glue fully cured. This never happened! My windows remained as delivered, perfect and without bubbles or air pockets of any kind! When they saw that I had a service animal, they did advise that their install warranty would not cover dog scratches and then offered me a bottle of cleaner to use when she slobbered on a window. After getting inside the car, I noted that they had placed stickers over the window switches, a good deterrent in the event that I forgot about not dropping any windows for the first 24-48 hours. I also saw that there wasn't a spot of application spray anywhere in the interior, not even my very deep dash. It has been 5 months now since the install. I am very glad I went with the IR Ceramic. Its a bit more pricey but well worth the money considering the intense southern sunlight we deal with. Everything looks as perfect as the day it was installed. I could not have been more pleased with the results and service. If you are on the fence, take a drive out there and have a chat with one of their employees. They will be honest with you and do their best to provide you a solution that suits your needs.

I so appreciated his honesty and wise counsel on what made the most sense (such as not going with PPF on the windshield unless it outweighed the deductible to replace a chipped or shattered windshield). No unnecessary upselling here! His team were so kind and made sure I understood the process as well as any caveats that could come from removing old PPF that had shrunken and left a nice line of dirt on the exposed adhesive. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale. I felt their prices were reasonable and they were even able to get the most out of one sheet of tint to cut down on costs! Thank you to Brian and the team! I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

Last night I called here and Brian literally picked up and spoke with me about availability. He was free first thing this morning and we set up a time for him to come. Car was at my house, in the driveway, Brian was friendly, professional, and most importantly- thorough. Found a few areas that needed repair and I was happy that it was reasonable compared to taking it to a major shop. Cracks and dings are important to fix right away. They can turn into something worse so fast, so especially with the high cost of replacement, I'd gladly keep calling Brian to come out moving forward. I know that filling a star or a crack is not going to magically make it invisible- but what it will do is prevent future damage from that specific spot. Lifetime warranty, just great service. I was worried about driving the car with shattered glass everywhere, but he took care of that as well. He got his tools to my house within an hour of finalizing the quote and fixed the window.
