Honestly, there is too much to even attempt to put in a review but don't waste your time or money at this location. Store #040 will not accept deals that literally are specific for them, they will make you wait for at minimum 10 minutes EVERY time before they even speak to you and they will act like your business is an inconvenience. Throw profanity behind your thin door for everyone to hear, act like you are too busy for any customer and keep talking down to people and see where it takes you. If corporate sees this, I am willing to explain my situation. For everyone else, I will adjust my 1 star review if the final product of the window tinting comes out well. I believe a fair rating should reflect both the experience and the solution. So far, 1 star is generous. read more

Do you like getting your time wasted? If so, this is the place to go. Got my windows tinted in August for almost $300 (can you believe that? $300 for plastic.) and now I recently had a window shatter and replaced so I needed it redone. Plus, I've been very unhappy with the tint and I was hoping to make some kind of deal where I can get some darker tint on the back windows and get my audio system installed, and even get a new sub and amp. So not only did they tell me I have to pay $30 or whatever the random fee was to replace the tint in my window, but they even expected $289.99 just to tint 3 windows the tint that I wanted. We didn't even get to talk about the audio part before I was told to leave because I have a cold. Why the hell else would I be wearing a mask? Well don't worry I'm NEVER coming back to this overpriced, unreasonable and time consuming store. Did you know I sat there for almost 40 minutes before any of this came to fruition? Unacceptable. Learn how to take care of your customers. I'll get Jose down the street to tint my windows for $5. Ridiculous I absolutely do not ever recommend this place for ANYTHING. These people must be DESPERATE for money or something. They had the same subs and speakers sitting around on the sales floor since last year. And you can't catch me a damn break? Came here for some minor electrical issues and the manager Allen came outside in the parking lot and got on the ground too look at my car. In a matter of minutes he fixed me up and knew exactly what to do. Stand up dude and when I asked him how I could pay or tip he said just to leave a review. Least I could do. 10/10 would recommend. Awesome customer service. I took my boat in to have the head unit replaced. They did a great job with that and got it done fairly quickly. When I went to pick it up, I mentioned to Allen that my back up camera in my truck wasn't working. It's an aftermarket camera connected to a Pioneer head unit. I was concerned that I the head unit might need to be replaced. He came out and took a look at it and told me it was probably a fuse. Sure enough, I found a blown fuse. He then went inside and found a replacement fuse for no charge. Saved me a lot of headache and a trip to the parts store. By the way, all this was happening at around 10 minutes til closing time on a Saturday. Will definitely return for any tint or car audio needs. read more

They open at 8, clearly stated on their website and door. Waited for 15 minutes after opening, calling several times. Finally get a call back stating they open at 9 despite all other information (including the conversation I had with an employee last week). Guy was unapologetic and a major asshole. Will never use this location again. Not a knock on all tint worlds as they are franchises, but stay away from cumming. read more

This place has it down! I came in wanting a window tint done on my pickup truck and they got me started right away. I got an appointment scheduled and they gave me a rundown of the best/recommended tint for my vehicle. They have multiple displays in the store to help you find what you are looking for easily and offer so much more than a tint for any vehicle. When I left the store I got a confirmation text. It had all the details listed along with the price, the appointment time and if I had any questions, simply call. Arrived at the appointment and was instantly helped. Vehicle in the garage like a flash. I had a ride to pick me up but I could have EASILY stayed. My truck was done under an hour and a half and was ready to go when I walked in. Allen helped me out and provided stellar customer service throughout the whole process. I even had a question about the audio inside my truck and he threw on a jacket to come outside and check it out. This was my first time in Tint World and definitely won't be my last. They've got their customer service down to a T and work very efficiently. The tint turned out fantastic as well, no complaints. read more

I dropped by on Saturday to tint my two front windows on my Jeep Commander and had a great experience.
