I've been getting my eyebrows threaded at a few different places around the city for the last couple of years, this was by far the best. Almost every other place I've gone to has taken way too much off, despite me telling them I wanted a fuller look to frame my face. The therapist took great detail in explaining the differences in each brow and told me as I'm so fair it could take 2 years for me to achieve the look I want without having to use pencil and powder to fill. Not sure if this was an upsell technique but I appreciated the honesty! She was very careful to remove the bare minimum whilst trying to make them even. Although it's more expensive than a lot of other places I was absolutely delighted with the results, I felt like she really listed to what I wanted and my face looked so different afterwards, being properly framed. I made my follow up appointment on the spot and was given a loyalty card- not sure what exactly this entitles me to. I met a friend for lunch afterwards and even though I was wearing less make up than usual she commented on how well I looked which I definitely think was down to the eyebrows!

Leah is really friendly and professional and made me feel at ease straight away. She knows her stuff and I was delighted with the results. I was going to a wedding so wanted to look the part! If it were only for the eyebrow threading I'd give it a…read more4 easily, because I'm always very pleased with this service, and at €10 it's very good value. But even though the girls that run this place are very nice, I think Rose may disappoint in certain treatments and it feels a bit rough around the edges. The threading service is their main selling point, and except for the odd time when I had a new girl doing it, it was just perfect. I never had a really bad job done, the worst that happened was getting my skin pinched by the threads once and twice I left thinking that the shape was just OK as opposed to great. They will ask you if you like the end result, and they'll go over it again if you point something that you don't think is right. Don't expect a lot of pampering, you're usually in and out in 10-15mins, and you don't get a nice little massage or refreshing lotion in the end. This may just suit if you don't want to waste a lot of money and time with something so trivial. I wouldn't recommend doing your nails here though, the manicure you get isn't very attentive and I was very disappointed with the shellac I've done here once - it was the first and only time I had shellac starting to peel. Before heading in here, remember to bring money with you, they don't take cards. The nearest ATM is inside Dunnes. P.S.: Another reviewer mentioned an "Asian" woman; well, if you talk to them you'll realize they're almost all from the same country, Nepal. The only difference between them is their skill level, sometimes there's a girl just starting that needs more help/direction from the others. The kind of thing that happens almost everywhere.

We were brought to the relaxation room. It's cosy with huge chairs and cushions. We were brought to our treatment room. I love the way we could get changed into dressing gown in the room. The room was very relaxing. I had the coconut foot soak, hot towel back compress, relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, Dermalogica Facial and foot massage. From start to finish was so relaxing. Best massage ever. When I went back into the relaxation we had Presecco and chocolates ready for us. And my pet hate .... product pushing I didn't feel there was any pressure to buy any products like some Spas. This was our first visit. We will defo be back and we will probably be now making this a regular visit as we loved it.

I got the Relax & Renew spa package that was reduced from €119 to €69 in December, which included a coconut foot soak, Dermalogica facial, Indian head massage and a back, hand and foot massage. The offers change every month, but I know for January 2016, it €59 for the skin treatments like microdermabrasion and illuminating facials and 40% discount on massages. I've also had a deep tissue massage here which was pretty good but shorter than I expected (~40 mins). The girls here are really nice and friendly and they always do my Shellac perfectly (although they don't do complimentary removal even if you got it there, which costs an extra €5). The nail art is pretty limited in that they don't seem to do the really funky designs. You can get simple things like glitter, stars, hearts etc. though. They also seem to have some unique treatments that you don't come across everyday like ear candling, seaweed facials, body wraps and massage as well as special treatments like laser (non-contract), IPL red vein removal, facial peels and callus removal. The prices in general are slightly lower than most city centre salons (facials cost around €70 up), and the online booking system allows you to made instantaneous appointments via phorest without having to wait for confirmation. Overall, nice salon with friendly staff, a range of treatments and interesting special offers.

The beauty therapist started with the facial which was basically applying some lotions and peelings .. Could have been nice if the therapist would have explained what she is applying or doing exactly. Then I got my Milia around the eye area removed which was quite painful - which I assume is because the area around the eye is so delicate.. But again - never done it before, so I don't know if it is supposed to be that painful. The salon itself seemed nice and clean and they seemed to offer a variety of treatments like botox or manicures. My Milia are moslty removed now.. Which is good but not sure about the facial.. Didn't really make any difference to my skin.
