I'm not really sure how this place gets such great reviews because it's really nothing special at all. Our server was really nice and service wasn't an issue here. The menu is extensive and has a lot options, all Greek, obviously. While there's nothing really wrong with the food, it's just not spectacular and nothing stands out. It's slightly overpriced for the quality and quantity. The weirdest thing was getting potatoes as a side. If you choose them, you will literally get 3 huge potatoes just cut in half on your plate. It was really weird and out of place. No dressing or making it look pretty; just hunks of apples of the earth! The Caesar salad is pretty bland with fake bacon bits and processed Parmesan cheese. Nothing special. Lastly, the location is less than desirable. It was a beautiful day so we sat on the patio. It's on a busy stretch of so there's lots of traffic and it's very noisy so it's terrible if you want to talk. If you're still going, have a glass of the Fix Greek beer. It's a lager and it's pretty good.

The girl at the window was very nice and fast same as the rest of the staff, my only other complaint would be that they TOTALLY skim on the fries. Usually I'll order a large fry and medium frostie and have enough fries to dip the whole frostie. Tell me why it looks like they gave me a medium fry in a large cup! Nor any in the bag so it's not like they fell out.. and just to state that I didn't touch or eat anything from the bag yet except a chicken finger for my dog. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

I was in town for business and ended up spending a lot of free time at the Rainbow Centre mall downtown and eating a lot of fast food (whoops). I usually don't care much for the customer service at fast food places especially the ones in food courts, but the customer service reps at this place were SO incredibly nice. I don't know, maybe I was just feeling lonely in a city where I knew no one, but they really were very friendly. I was impressed. Moreover, the owner of the franchise happened to be there and I talked to him for a while, really nice man. He actually gave me some freebies (free cookies - free stuff's good stuff)! Which I definitely was not expecting, but it just goes to show that they take their customer service really seriously. I had a great experience here and I hope they do well.

You gotta pay extra to call it a bubble tea on top of the atrocious amount you pay for the swill. I bought this so called bubble tea two months back. And now today when I go to get a fried noodles, the amazing server brings back the conversation that was two months old and said that I was stupid to ask for bubble in my bubble tea without having to pay for it. I'm not saying I am an expert on customer service but there is a minimum standard to maintain to get minimum pay. The lady was not worth that. Horrible place. Would never go there. Would never recommended anyone going there as well.
