The pizza is the best and the delivery is fast. Order from them all the time. Customer service is fast and polite.

They usually have good pizza, but the last month and a half they've been undercooked. It's either undercooked, or the sauce has gained a ton of moisture and its sogging up the dough and making it almost impossible to fully cook. This USED to be my FAVOURITE pizza joint in town, but it's starting to go downhill. When I call to get it fixed, they always act like they've NEVER had these complaints before and make ME feel like crap for even calling in... It's a SERVICE, if you don't provide adequate service, you lose customers. I will try again in a few months/year and if it's STILL the same, I'll be done with them for good. Sucks, they're also my nephew's fav pizza place too... I'll miss the nostalgia, but wont miss the doughy pizzas. read more

Our meatlovers pizza was overflowing with meat. The pepperoni pizza was mainly dough and not enough sauce. It was delicious though!

worst service ever received. Took over 2 hours to receive the delivery, 5 minutes from the store. Made 3 calls. First one after an hour of waiting. Was told it was almost out of the oven and will be sent out with the next driver. Second call was placed 40 minutes after the first. was supposedly out for delivery. Third call was made half hour later, was put on hold as they were calling the driver. Never came back in the line. Pizza showed up over 2 hours later, cold, box mangled and only 50% discount. Never received such bad service for pizza. oh and the order was placed at 7:39 on a Thursday night. what will supper rush be like? read more

Their prices are good and they have the buy 9 pizzas and get 1free card. They are always friendly on the phone and their drivers are great. They have a record of what you had ordered last time, It's good pizza however the Caesar salad and wings are a hit or miss. Stick with the pizza and you will be happy. One of the few pizza places open until 0200. And they serve up some of the best Panzerotto's around. Which makes for an awesome drunk meal on the walk home from the bar. Location isn't great but it doesn't matter because you don't have to stay unless you want to eat in the corner off the top of a candy machine (which I've done). The service is 'meh'. Neither friendly nor mean. Just kinda deadish like Toppers has drained their employees of their souls. Although that could be because the only times I've been in there is in the wee hours of the morning. Final advice: if you want tasty pizza in the early morning then this is one of the few options you've got in North Bay. Be thankful it's a good option! read more

Toppers has always been one of my favourite pizza places! Now that I live in Nova Scotia, I miss it terribly! It has so many "free toppings" available, such as Garlic Butter Crust, and creamy tomato and garlic base sauce (their house dip mixed with the pizza sauce). The only issue I have, is that sometimes their online ordering does not work. I waited an hour for my pizza one day when I finally called them and they had no record of my online order, even though I had an order number and everything. They apologized profusely and got my order to me quickly. They have Top Hat stickers that you get with an order over $10. With 10 of them you get a free, medium, three topping pizza. Delicious! If you like toppers in north bay, you've never had good toppers before. I waited 80 minutes for pizza with no compensation and no regret. When i asked for a discount on my next order, he said i don't think so, and when i said i'm a weekly customer and i would take my business elsewhere, he said ah well. Nice. The worst service for delivery. Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza, called 3 times only to find out the pizza wasn't even in the oven. Very sad for a local company. I do not recommend. Pizza hut had my pizza here in 45 min. And they still gave my a free dessert for being late. read more

Worse experience ever. Ordered two pizzas for delivery, first of all delivery was 15 minutes late but we did not get pizza for free and also, one of pizza was not cut. When we complained that pozza is not cut, they sent us another pizza which was not cut either. Never going back there. read more
