I hadn't ordered from Domino's often since the 90's. The couple of times I had left me underwhelmed. And I don't know why we decided to again, sometime last year. But - we are hooked now. The website makes ordering very easy. Its always here in under a half hour. Its always piping hot. Its always made properly, and consistent. The dough is usually thick, with plenty of sauce and toppings. We order from here about once a week now. And with the best-ever deal (any pizza for $14) they keep running, we aren't about to stop anytime soon. To whomever is managing this place these days, thanks for ensuring the consistent quality. I order from dominos regularly. . Well, before it moved that is, we intend on doing so in the foreseeable future. This new location is larger, a bit noisy, very clean as it is new. The staff is the same friendly group from its original location on lakeshore drive , it may have lost its charm, but this is definitely a more modern decor, The food is the same delicious pizza at an affordable price. The destination is a little less convenient for pick up. I'm sure it will be ok. read more

The pizza is fine but the manager is rude and unprofessional. I believe the circumstances surrounding the virus has limited her business so she takes it out on the public. Wrong way to do things! More kindness and less hostility is the way you should be going to get your customers back. I will not be paying Domino's in North Bay any more visits. P.S. I think this is one of the few pizza outlets that didn't get taken over by their franchise... Which says something for it. Although you would think it wouldn't compete with the now perfect other pizza outlets in the Bay, this place stepped up their game when they seen the events taking place in the Bay. This place is clean and beautiful and the service is awesome. I wouldn't call it 'perfect' as I have other pizza locations previously, but it is damn close considering it is still locally owned and operated. Also, I like Domino's pizza a lot so that helped it's rating through my eyes. Can't really tell you to go eat here now. Everybody has their respective favorite pizza place and if Domino's is it then you'll be happy to know you'll be in a city with an awesome Domino's if you ever visit the Bay! read more

The pizza is good, normal Domino's with no surprises. But this location has made it their prerogative to have a higher price than other Domino's franchises. If you compare their flyer with the Domino's in Sudbury or Barrie you'll find they are always more expensive here. If you bring it up to them they get hostile very quickly. This is a student town with pizza places in the double digits. If you are a Domino's fan you're going to order from them, but if you are looking for good value for the taste, this location can't compare to some of the other local options. read more

i wouldnt even give it 1 star, sure the pizza is good, but the customer service there is a joke, i ordered a pizza the order day for pick up a walk in special, should of been 9.99 plus tax, got there i got charged 18 something, i figured ok whatever, got in my car looked at pizza, its just a cheese pizza, i went back in said u gave me wrong pizza, they said nope u ordered a cheese pizza, i said no i ordered pepperoni, cant u just put some on it and cook it a lil longer i dont mind,?,,, "nope u will have to order another pizza" so i ended up paying 35$ for 1 9.99 walk in special didnt even get the cheese pizza, when i called to complain to the owner/manager she wouldnt stop yelling, i just returned from having chemo and radiation since i have lung cancer, she said shes yelling bcuz i am yelling, i cant yell, she continued on with her yelling and overall rudeness, refused to give me a refund, i was only asking for a refund on the 18$ for the cheese pizza not the pepperoni one i had to order afterwords, she continued to yell and scream saying its my fault that she will not refund me anything and "i can go fuck myself" before hanging up on me,, this is the first time i personally have had a problem, but i know ex employees from there who've told me horror stories how they hire delivery drivers under the table and 1 day before pay day they fire them and then dont pay them and since they cant prove they worked there they have no recourse, another one where an employee got pranked where she took an order for an address that was not the persons address and sent 3 pizzas there and when the people answered and said no we didnt order it and the driver brought them back they took the money off of the girls check who took the order, other things like the boss sexually harassing the young girls working, dropping food on the floor picking it up and using it, using expired cheese, i always took the stories with a grain of salt because i had never had a problem but now i believe them since i experienced the vindictiveness of the owner/manager and how childish she can be "im not yelling your yelling" when clearly shes yelling and im not, cutting me off everytime i say 3 words to yell at me that its not their fault, etc,, i loved domino's n would order 2 pizzas almost weekly but no longer, they'd prolly spit in my food, or charge me more then i should have to pay ( which i think was done purposely because some people don't like conflict so wont say anything, or they think the taxes etc add up to that and then they pocket the money they scammed from you ) but yeah thanks for the years of good pizza dominoes but u lost urself one of your best customers, with my complaints to head office and what will be posts on any site associated with u about how i was treated i really hope head office sends someone to look into u guys and see if u should even be representing their franchise anymore because u guys are complete aholes read more
