Onalaska, Wi. We have loved Toppers in the past and ordered multiple times. This time we ordered door dash delivery of 2 pizzas, Topperstix, spinach dip and Parmesan sauce. All we received was one pizza. That's on both door dash and toppers, for letting it go out the door like that. Had to re- place the order and received it 45 minutes later. It had been a long day and it just sucked. The pizzas were ok, but not as good as we remembered them. The Parmesan sauce is still excellent. Didn't care for the since dip. We usually order every night when we're in town but tried other places the time and enjoyed done more variety. We'll give them another chance when we're in Onalaska in the spring but we were disappointed this time. read more

Horrible food quality. Ordered chesse bread and a large pizza. Opened the box and that cheese bread was destroyed. It looked like they were in a rush and just didn't care. No cheese on half of the bread if that's what you call it. Very disappointed in the quality of your store. read more

wow is just a word that can't describe how horrid the pizza was. left a review and no one got back to me. so that just means they don't care. my pizza was Luke warm at best when I picked it up and made the 5 minute journey home and opened it up and whalla. cold curled up burnt pizzas. 2 of them exactly! there was no leftovers as it all went into the trash. so if you want pizza in lacrosse wi do not buy from toppers! pick dominos or pizza Hut or little Caesars or anywhere but toppers. I ordered a Small Toppers Classic and Cinnamon Monkey Bread during my recent hotel stay in La Crosse. Delivery was fast and everything was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Even though it was a small, I had plenty for leftovers. I also appreciate that they provide Paper Plates, Napkins, Plasticware, Parmesan and Red Pepper Flakes. It comes in handy on a long hotel stay. Although I am still sad that they never brought back their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, Toppers does provide a quality product and service. read more

Let me start off by saying my family and I love toppers pizza and stix. That's the problem we love the food... When it's right and cooked! The issue I continuously have is the inconsistency of my orders. Honestly it kind of bums me out when I spend $25 on pizza just to have to put it in the oven because it's undercooked or even sending it back. All in all it seems to be a staff problem which I wish would just be fixed.... Update: so we gave it one last go and it was SOOO much worse this time around, I ordered a pizza and triple order and to start it took an hour to drive like 10 blocks, and when they did eventually get here the pizza was raw and soggy and sticks were wrong. So all in all we tried but didn't get our money's worth... disappointing read more

Though we've ordered there and had pizzas delivered many times, the web site tells us our address is not valid. They SPAM us with 'online only' offers but we cannot order online. We have to call, get placed on hold, then get a call from the delivery guy who is late because he can't find our house then delivers cold, soggy pizzas. I've complained to corporate. Tonight, I ordered by phone and told about 30 minutes. An hour later I called. "We forgot to save your order." She did not apologize and simply offered to place the order again. I said "Skip it..." knowing it would likely be an hour until we saw a delivery. Drove to Papa Murphy's instead... Toppers pizza is just OK but really over-priced considering the what others charge. When you add in the poor service, delivery fees for late/cold pizzas which sometimes don't show up at all, you're better off ordering elsewhere. Consider preheating your oven then taking a drive to Papa Murphy's like I did. You'll have hot pizza in less time for less money. Another option is South Lanes Pizza. I won't bother with Topper's again. You shouldn't either. read more

This will be my last time ordering from here as once again I ordered a pizza at 6:20 p.m. with an estimated delivery time of 7:02. This was my first experience with Toppers. We are staying at a hotel park and fly for the night. It was just too cold to go out of the room. I googled this place and the pizza looked good. We ordered a Toppers Classic and a Maui Topper. They told us about 30-40 minutes. 20 minutes later there was a knock at the door...OMG! Food doesn't come that fast when you are AT a restaurant! Okay, on to the pizza....Amazingly! We got a thin crust and a hand tossed and they were both great. If I didn't know different, I would've swore they were cooked in a wood fired oven. Awesome pizza, fast delivery, good prices, what more could you want?! I definitely recommend this place!! read more

Happened to be in La Crosse for the weekend and figured I get some pizza delivered to the hotel. Topper's was recommended by a couple locals so that's what I went with. The service was courteous, and the pie arrived earlier than promised. Got the hand-tossed with extra cheese and found it to be excellent. read more

A few co-workers and I ordered a party size pizza from Toppers, not sure of the exact name of the pizza but it had assorted veggies and pepperoni, we also got some taco-stix. This is the 2nd time I've had Toppers but the first was several years ago, I was immediately reminded why it had been so long before I ordered from them again...The pizza was incredibly dry, and some of the pieces had nothing but a small amount of cheese coupled with the overly thick dough. I understand why they provide dipping sauces now, because they don't put any sauce on the actual pizza. The kicker is that you have to pay for more than one dipping sauce. I'm not sure if this is a type of pizza specific to the Midwest but it's by no means traditional style anywhere else in the country or world that I know of. I will not be paying for Toppers again. read more

Toppers is usually very quick with any orders I place. I placed an order today at 7pm at the Onalaska, Wisconsin location. I never received that order. I ended up calling them around 8:30pm and asked about my order. The lady on the other line said that my order must have been delivered to the wrong house! So she offered to credit it back to give me the order for free with a credit back. So I chose the second option. Then she informed me that the pretzel bites were no longer in stock. Mind you this store is suppose to be open until 2am and you mean to tell me they had already ran out of pretzel bites by 8pm! Just terrible planning. Anyways, I also got a credit for those bites so the next time I order I can get a free order, but to be honest I don't even want to order from them again. Even after all of that I still didn't get my order until almost 9pm! I am very disappointed in the Toppers location in Onalaska,Wisconsin! read more
