I'm from NY and am very curious to see what the rest of the world tries to pass as pizza. I was in town for work and ordered some dinner from here. I planned on getting the most standard, basic shit in a cheese pizza, to really be able to make a comparison. That completely went out the window when I saw some of the topping options, which, in retrospect, doesn't come as a surprise given the name of the place. I couldn't resist the wisconsin cheese curds and noodle options. For some reason I was expecting spaghetti which makes zero sense but I was very curious to see how they would pull that off. Much more practically, the noodles are macaroni and they are a wonderful addition to pizza. The cheese curds were, as expected, fantastic on the pizza. There was nothing special about the crust, it was your typical pizza chain deal. Nothing else blew me away but it was probably superior to what you would receive from a domino's. I wouldn't pass up the pizza in naples for this shit but it's not bad and I love their shtick with the toppings. read more

This was our first time, at this restaurant and I'm glad we ordered from here. Very polite employees, and clean restaurant. My husband ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza with light sauce and well done, wings, and tater tots. I ate some of the pizza and tater tots. It was really delicious. We stopped here for some food to take to the brewery next door. When we got in, there was a urine smell in the lobby. We ordered cheese curds and some wings. The wings were not too bad but the curds were not very good. I would recommend somewhere else to get food for the brewery visit. read more

Well... Toppers pizza is a chain which I'm never a fan of typically. However, my friend had a coupon and we had a lot of people to feed so we ended up ordering from there. We loved our order over the phone and drove to go pick it up. The guy at the register was very annoyed by our coupons and said we should have told him over the phone about the coupon. He did let us use it but it was evident he was very unhappy and it took him forever to put the coupons through. Pizza is just okay and not something I would go out of my way to order. read more

My sister had went to Toppers about three weeks ago to pick us up pizzas. She unfortunately forgot her wallet and phone at home and had to use change to pay for the pizza. The manager, I believe her name started with an A, was so incredibly rude. She first refused to take the money, which was in dollars and quarters. Then started using profane language while finishing the transaction, in order to make my sister feel terrible for being forced to pay with change. She even went as far as continuously threatening to take the pizzas away. I've never heard of customer service like this and I worry for the people who only have change to pay for their food... This is grotesque behavior. This is already being brought to corporate and I only hope this "manager" will never find themselves in a situation where they are treated this way. I hope to see this situation corrected, but regardless, my family and I will never eat at this establishment again. I knew the food was going downhill, but I didn't think Toppers would ever hire employees that were so inhumane and selfish to represent their company. Do better. read more

This was our first time trying Toppers. Our family is staying nearby from out of town. We had a thin crust pizza, garlic cheese bread, and boneless wings. The garlic cheese bread had actual chunks of garlic! We loved it, but if you're not a garlic fan-try another. They have many options for bread sticks. Our 2 yr.old found them scrumptious! The boneless wings were a hit. Really good and next time we will order more. The pizza was unfortunately overshadowed by the sides. Maybe thin crust wasn't the best choice for us. Word of note, I'm rating Toppers against pizza chains only. That being said, I've never been displeased. Here's why it's a four: nice and fresh ingredients, tasty sauces (not to mention loads of dipping sauces), distinct crusts, great sides and alternatives to pies, quick service. I'd actually rank this a tiny bit higher, but what prevents it from being a five is that Toppers doesn't quite match the big-boy chains in deals, and it (this location, at least) does not serve alcohol. In terms of quality of food, it's among the top for chains. read more

Been in the area for a few weeks and Toppers Pizza is the best pizza so far, by quite a bit. The hand tossed crust has a good chew to it, plus it is not bland flavorless bread that most other pie places in the area pawn off as their dough. It is how a crust should be in my opinion. The cheese is very good, again what a good quality cheese should be. Compared to other pizza places in the area, Toppers Pizza isn't cutting corners with the cheese!. The toppings are good. A special mention to the sausage, it's New York style sausage is what I picture in my mind it should be. Finally, the sauce sits well with all the other components of the pizza, it doesn't stand alone and overpower the rest as if you were eating pizza and sauce separately, it's a delicious combination of flavor that all work in harmony. Have I had better in other areas of the world, perhaps, but when you want a real tasting quality pizza it will hit the spot ! read more

Really enjoyed the pizza I had here. Got the personal Tater Tot pizza. Tots, bacon, ranch dressing and topped with nacho cheese. Wow. I was skeptical, but pretty much everything on the menu may make you skeptical considering the out-of-the-box ideas for pizzas. There are lots of different dipping sauces too. They also offer different styles of crust: hand tossed, thin, pan. The selections are almost over overwhelming. Just pick one, it's bound to be pretty good. Important note: don't eat it cold. I've had toppers pizza before but decided to try something other than pizza tonight. I ordered garlic topper sticks, sweet chili bonless wings, and macaroni and cheese. The sticks and wings were alright but the Mac and cheese was terrible. I would've rather had Kraft. The cheese sauce wasn't mixed into the noodles just dumped over top and had horrible flavor. The cheddar and mozzarella browned on top gave the mac a nice look but was tasteless. Over all, just a gross dish. I'd give it 0/5 stars. Threw it out after 2 bites. The only reason I gave 3 stars was the pizza I've had in the past and chicken tonight was ok. read more

Attempted to order an online-only special from my brand new iPhone 6s. After inputting my info and selecting the pizza I wanted, I pressed "Continue" and the website crashed. I again, entered my info, and it again crashed. I switched from Google Chrome to Safari, and after inputting my info, the website again crashed when pressing continue. I ordered a large 2-topping pizza for $9.99 through an online special and also added 4 nacho cheese dipping cups for $0.79 each. After taxes and delivery charge, the total amounted to $17.50, so I paid using my card and placed the order. When the driver arrived to deliver the order, I was informed there was a cash payment of $4.34 due because the "online transaction did not cover the full amount", making the order total $21.84 instead of $17.50. I then informed the driver that I did not have any cash on me and I was told to call the store to make payment arrangements. I then called the store and spoke to the manager on duty and I asked where the cost was coming from, as the total that I was provided with by the driver did not match what I was charged to my card when I placed the order. The manager more or less dodged the question and did not provide me with a satisfactory answer. This made me suspicious because I did the math from the online receipt that was emailed to me and I'm not sure where the $4.34 was coming from, as the total I was provided with when I placed the order was correct. Regardless, I did pay the $4.34 that was allegedly due with my card over the phone and made sure I was only charged that amount and I was. The next business day, I called the Toppers Corporate line and explained to them what happened and they said they would reach out to the general manager of the store and that the manager should reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours. That was last week Wednesday, May 31st and it is now the following Monday, June 5th. The individual I spoke with at corporate mentioned to me that I should call them back if the general manager does not reach out to me after 48 hours, but at this point, I feel that I've already wasted too much time trying to remedy the situation after the fact. This is unfortunate as I really liked Toppers, but after what happened, I cannot in good conscience return to this store. To those that are still loyal to Toppers and will continue to order from here, I'd recommend placing orders over the phone, as there appears to be some disconnect with their online ordering through their website and what is being charged and what "they" feel you should be charged. read more
