Friends recommended Olivia and Mandy. We are SO glad they did! My friend Linda wanted gels, and Olivia was wonderful. She was efficient and very sweet. She took her time and did a marvelous job. Mandy did my nails and noticed how brittle my nails are. She recommended a product to help (Nailtiques 2), and my nails still look good. I only wanted clear polish, and Kris may be why they look good a week later. She was measured and took her time to do a good job. Loved the hand massage! The place is clean and inviting. So just literally left this place feeling ripped off paid 68 for a pedicure as well as paying 32 for my mom's Pedi. My mom's experience was great her lady was going to town on her feet while my lady barley clipped my toe nails. I get a better pedicure from my 10 year old daughter and all I have to do is take her to 5 and below. The lady barely messaged my legs with the hit stones, didn't exfoliate my feet heels none of that and the polish job was trash. But the lady that did my mom's feet on the other hand was wonderful she was putting in that work like she was doing surgery. Feeling ripped off . I've been here a couple of times , and the first experience wasn't that pleasant , nail tech didn't talk to me the whole time and was almost annoyed with me asking her if she could add more glitter or fix something with my set , she also damaged my nails which I know is expected with acrylics but I had ring of fire on all ten fingers (from drilling way too hard and deep on my nail beds) and the second time I went the vibe was a little better I genuinely liked my nail tech and her positivity but what got me was they charged me for a full set when I came in just for a fill with 2 nails missing , and what pushed me to write this review was it hasn't even been a full 3 weeks and I've already had 2 nails pop off the same ones she "fixed". They did a very nice job on my nails. What I didn't like was having one person doing my pedicure and at the same time another person giving me a manicure. It wasn't very comfortable to have my arms crossed across my body , also the the manicurist put the nail dryer on my lap! . When I go for a mani & a pedi I want to relax and be a bit pampered. I went into this nail salon because I had seen great reviews about how great the nail technicians were. However, my experience was very lackluster. I arrived on a Friday morning at around 10:30am and I was helped right away. The atmosphere was great and the nail techs were very friendly. I requested a full set with gel polish. The nail tech that prepped my nails and applied acrylic was friendly, but it was obvious that she was new at doing nails. I was patient with her work; however, she had applied the acrylic too thick which lead me to stay for a total of 2 1/2 hours for something that should've just lasted 1 hour. Then, I was whisked away to another nail tech, Amber, who had spent most of her time attempting to fix the mistakes the previous nail tech had made. Amber was very patient, understanding, and continuously asked me if I was pleased with how my nails looked. For the most part, I was, but the gel polish that she had put was bumpy and had air bubbles when cured underneath the lamp. Due to my lack of time, I was forced by my circumstances to just pay $40 for my full set with gel manicure for the mediocre nails. The atmosphere and conversation with the nail techs were pleasant; however, the outcome of my nails were just mediocre. Walked in and they seemed very unorganized. They didn't offer any different type of pedicures. Seemed like it was just one kind given. Didn't offer to help you in or out of chairs, didn't ask if water was ok temperature wise and I had no idea if the chair worked as in vibration or massage. Very disappointed for my first time. The place is clean, and they even use those plastic elastic protectors in the foot bowls for pedis- which I love. I had a dip manicure & a pedicure. Great salon & wonderful techs. Nice place. Went there because they have great reviews. I'm only giving this a 4 star because they seemed a little disorganized at first. They didnt have the spa set up properly . The wait was long as well and they dint have many spa pedicures to choose from. Also they dint help you into the chair or out if the chair ,or offer massage while your nails dry. Very different experience from the spas in NY which is full service. But it's cheaper. read more

I have had my nails done here twice. I had my acrylics done at another place and they looked awful, so I went to Nails on Nails to see if they could fix it. I had Mandy and she made my nails look beautiful! I have very small hands/fingernails and before the nails looked ridiculous on me, they were way to big. Mandy spent time correcting the other woman's mistake and filing the sides down perfectly to fit my fingernails. I mentioned I work as a preschool teacher with one year olds, and so she even spent time curving the nails to not be as sharp so I wouldn't accidentally poke one of the kids. I love her!!!! I don't know about the other people's work there as I've only been to Mandy, but it was nice and clean in there and they were all friendly.
