They kept soft drinks cold like they did beer. You could earn a discount on Valero gas if you were a regular. I still went after it changed hands, but I don't go that way anymore. Tops used to be in Oswego and Fulton (twice), but Price Chopper bought two of those well before the recent merger. Potsdam and Old Forge are the closest IGAs to me now, yet some may assume it doesn't exist anymore.

The produce is fantastic and is monitored by the amazing and friendly produce manager, George. The facility is clean; the employees are helpful.
