Called Ray's and they ordered a new ice machine as a preemptive measure in case the whole thing needed to be replaced. He came out shortly after the ice maker came in and got to work. It turned out it was the fan and not the whole maker. So he ordered it and was back only days later. He was the most polite repairman and was extremely knowledgeable about his work. Definitely recommend!

Walked around for a good 20 minutes before anyone said hi to us and that was only because I walked over to her and she was sweeping up an area and it was almost like I was "bothering her". Long story short. They didn't have any of the 5 or 6 refrigerators we liked in stock and she had no clue when they could be available. "Maybe October or November, we really don't know". I can't see why they even have the doors open if this is the case. They also charge $89.00 for a refrigerator delivery whereas the likes many other appliance outlets deliver for free. Nice big showroom and a good selection but nothing in stock. Odd.

Our home is rather rural, although only 10 miles from a metro area of some 450,000, but some services charge exorbitant "road service fees" to just come over. We have tried others, but their service polices put even regular customers at the back of their list, even for acute refrigeration failures. Mitch has good response times, gives plain-talk quotes, offers alternatives, and sends workers who know their stuff, are polite, neat & clean. One caveat: If you do have to go to this business location, please put the address in your navigator first. It is just North of the Village of Meaux, Louisiana. Finally got Sue on the line and she said she, but put me on hold 10 minutes [before I hung up] because she could not see where ithe money actually went [not to my credit card]. After a 10-miute hold, I called back and got connected with a woman who would not identify herself and when i asked her a second time for her name, she hung up. Called corporate service - got the same silly AI run around when I asked for "customer service" kept saying she could help me no matter what I said. Finally got thru to Alton, explained my frustration abd he also disconnected my call. Called again and got Jennifer who gave me her name, listed, and did resolved the problem. But good grief their AI complete sucks and their personnel are incredibly rude.
