After it was asked to the staff it was not even consideration or an attempt to ask a manager or owner if it could be an option. Was just given a flat out no. Disappointing as the experience they had was wonderful and I was only unable to join due to a conflict that I couldn't avoid and was at last minute. You don't even have to peddle if you don't want to with throttle assist. Get as much or as little exercise as you want. They give you a sturdy lock to use for the week as well as a battery charger. It fully charges in about 4 hours and range was never an issue for me. I think all the bikes have a basket too. So much fun! Treat yo self!!
