Once again Torchy's has failed! Food was good and came out in good time. The bartender on the other hand is NOT doing her job! I have been watching her talk to the same customer for 13 minutes! Yes, I timed it because this has happened to me before. We got our appetizer, then came our tacos. After tacos were almost finished I saw her walk over while rolling her eyes to make drinks because another employee told her to. This is on Thursday September 2nd at 7pm. I saw two servers and one customer go up to her asking foe their drinks while she still decided to continue to talk. She should be FIRED!!! You must be able to do you job first, and talk while you are working. Not the opposite! Please get rid of this girl and hire an actual bartender who knows how to do their job and make drinks. I did it for 17 years. It's not hard. read more

The food was decent . There were flies everywhere and swear on my mother this place gave me food positioning like why did I wake up the next day and have explosive diarrhea for the whole day to where u couldn't even move . I hate Torchy's tbh. read more

Amazing tacos and queso, I just wish the to go portions were the same as when you dine-in especially since you pay the same amount. My taco was about half the size of whenever I eat inside. read more

Torchys is good but this location seem to mess up pick up order fairly often. Last time I order chips and queso with 4 baja shrimp tacos. They didn't give me chips. This time I ordered the same thing, but they for one the the taco it was straight up just Tortilla. read more

I will not return to the location. The bartender ignored me for over 10 minutes. The guy sitting next to me even noticed it. Food was cold and when I tried to pay my ticket it took someone coming in to work to notice I was ready to check out. The reason why I noticed I was being ignored was because another couple came up they immediately helped them. read more

Torch M., it's not rocket science. If a customer complains about their bacon barron taco, REMAKE IT! Why upset or lose a first time customer over .75 cents of ingredients. FYI, Barbacoa does not need to be cooked to oblivion. A good medium is fine. I'm guessing that you are holding a big stock pot of Barbacoa near well done aready, then you throw it on a grill to heat it up and cook it beyond recognition. That is the only way it can get that dry a chewy. Lastly, if that first time customer ask were is the salsa bar is for I can get some jalapeños, Don't tell the customer they need to back to the register and order chips and salsa. At minimum, bring the customer out some jalapeños and may a few different salsas to try. Simple common sense. read more

My first visit ever with my wife and stepson who is visiting us from CA. Had to repeat everything to cashier as we ordered.....could not here her, she could not hear us. I am a hip 52 and felt ridiculous having to talk so loud to place my order in a half empty restaurant. Was ridiculously loud. Suggestion: segregate the noise from the ordering area better. Ordered total of 8 tacos to try amongst us. All were luke warm at best and flavorless outside of the MASSIVE amount of onion and cilantro. Balance is the key Torchy's! I am not exaggerating. We all like onions but sheesh! The people at the table next to us had the same comments. Also, ordered a $10 maragrita (something with Patron?) and I got a sippy cup sized margarita with two flakes of salt on the rim and it was basically lime juice and LOTS of tequila (did I mention balance?). In addition, the young lady who dropped our food off I reminded about the margarita....2 tacos in, had to go to the bartender to find it, he said he'd make it.....nobody brought it, had to go back in and get it Myself. We were in about 4:45 on 6/30 and our ticket was #57 if that helps. It was a very expensive blah blah experience. Comments now from a 35 year food ops veteran..... Bartenders too busy talking and chatting when there were 7 tickets hanging on printer when I went back in 10min after eating my ticket was still hanging on printer. BOTH tenders were gabbing at length with patrons. Cashier was a button pusher and money taker. Teach her "hospitality". Hot food should be hot, find a way to increase your value. Expensive average tacos and even more expensive less than average drinks. I think the name is the best thing you've got going and why people keep coming. That doesn't last forever. Gonna give it another try......get it, you just opened. Get it, hiring is problematic. read more

Food good and reasonable price. They are pet friendly inside and out. Waiters delivering orders and clearing tables constantly.

We loved Brian, the bar tender. He was so engaging and professional and on point. He really was so nice. He visited us and talked about what we liked and then came back with a creative drink that he made on the spot. We loved it! We will for sure be back to visit him again. read more

Patio is out of control with unsupervised kids and dogs. Bartender was rude and our drinks came out almost 10 minutes AFTER our food was brought out.. More like a McDonald's atmosphere. Food was ok but the bad service and playground dog park patio ruined it for us read more

First time eating at Torchy's after hearing so many good things about it. The line was long but moved fairly quickly. Our wait for our food though was about 20-25 minutes. The food was good but wasn't hot when it came out so I'm not sure how much of the 20-25 min it sat in the back. We did go on a Friday night around 7:30pm so it could have been a contributing factor. It's only ok. I ordered the fajita taco. You get one taco for $4. It's not worth the money. Go somewhere else.

We love Torchy's. We go twice a week. We have been to several different locations and were excited about getting one close to home. We have been three times and lets just say they are having some birthing pains. The food tasted odd on opening day, but it's gotten progressively better. The beans on the other hand are simply bad. They are super dry opposed to the ones we get at the Torch's in the Arlington Highlands. Also, when we ask for the beans to be served with the chips and queso, the server said that couldn't be done because the beans come out with the tacos..... hummmmm.... we get them that way at the other Torchy's we've been too. On our second trip we waited over an hour after we ordered to get our tacos. We love Torchy's and we will go back to this location. We are just praying that it improves with time...... read more

Great tacos, very polite staff, clean area. I really like this Torchy's, very roomy, my wait for pick-up wasn't too long, seems to be tan pretty well, and everything flowed well. It is one of the better places I visited that is newly opened, without a bunch of chaos. Next time I go, I will dine in to get the full experience. read more

i get torchys all the time, but never again from this location. they barely gave me any meat in my breakfast tacos, it was practically all egg. i also added fresh avacado to all 3 of my tacos... buy not a single one of them had more than 1/3 of a single slice of avocado. genuinely upset and frustrated i gave them my money for the sad excuse of product i was given in return. don't go to this location, it sucks. read more

They put so much cilantro in everything it tastes like soap. Had the Hillbilly Queso and Green Chili pork taco. The tortilla chips were over salted, probably to sell more beer. read more

The food was good but not spectacular for the price. The tacos are small for being 4 dollars and change. Couldn't believe how small these tacos were for the price. I have a favorite place down the street where the flour tortillas may be smaller than Torchy's but the amount of meat is more for half the price. I will never be going to Torchy's again unless they adjust the price. These tacos should list for $2.49 to $2.99. Food is good but way over priced. Example I purchase 16 barbacoa tacos from my favorite place all on flour with the total coming out to be $32 and change. If I purchased the same amount from Torchy's the total would roughly be $70. read more
