Two weeks before the house goes on the market, I text him and he tells me verbatim "I'm not fixing your electric". Pièce de ré·sis·tance, he blocks my number. 1. My mom & stepfather flew out from CA and fixed the problem in about two hours (along with a bunch of other things him and his buddy Austin left halfway finished: those took several days). 2. I don't think Roger's even a licensed electrician, and if he is, he needs to go back to school. 3. And wouldn't ya know it, he charged me $150 to do less than nothing--He pulled out wires and plates, ripped off part of my door frame for some reason, and then just left them for me to deal with. My response is "sure, I'll give YOU $300 for free when your quote comes in over and above everyone else and don't choose your services" [I didn't get a chance to tell him that as he hung up on me.
