In three days the guys prepped, dismantled, painted and reassembled five large rooms in our house. The guys were extremely efficient and attentive to detail. They arrived each day by 8:00 AM and worked straight through to around 6:00 PM. They were very neat making sure to cover the furniture and floors. Each evening they cleaned up and on the final day everything was put back in place including wall pictures. The paint job is outstanding! After assuring me his crew would do a great job with repairing cracks on my ceilings, nails popping out , repairing areas near the door hinges that needed "barely sanding" from new interior doors being installed. He was very annoyed I was asking him if they were going to be smooth and professional looking. He said, I'm going to paint , just paint . If the job consists of just painting I would have done that myself and not hired a " professional painter "I did not want just paint slapped where shims were placed. I explained exactly everything I wanted on the first appointment. I pointed out what areas I wanted repaired, sanded and painted! Do not show up the day you're scheduled to work and knock on my door smelling of cigarettes being in a bad mood due to your morning not going as you planned ! He Didn't even say good morning! First thing he said in a condescending tone was, so what is wrong with the door jam that you don't like. I showed him areas where my previous contractor installed my interior doors previously to today that needed very little sanding from new hinges having to be moved and where shims were placed. He said he would not be able to sand them because it would scratch the hinges. He could of easily covered the hinges . He said, he was going to caulk and paint over them. I could of caulked and painted over them myself if that were the case. He was annoyed and arrogant, instead of reassuring me everything would like nice like he did on the first appointment today he did the opposite. As an owner of a business it is your responsibility to listen and pay attention to a customer's needs on the first appointment , take notes, etc! I explained exactly what I wanted and was very clear on my expectations prior to starting ! He has No understanding of basic customer service skills! If a customer has questions and concerns it is his job as a professional to answer questions with politeness and respectfulness . He answered me very condescending and comes across with the mentality you are annoying him by asking questions. Very RUDE! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! HAS NO RESPECT FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS! I cannot imagine how he treats people let alone customers! He literally had me so upset and had only been in my home for 15 minutes if that! He questioned my contractor who he even said himself did a great job and kept asking me why he had to move the door hinges if the doors fit. I am not a contractor that could answer his questions. I asked him if he wanted me to reach out to my contractor who installed my interior doors and he said yes, So I called my contractor and asked him if he would explain the reason for the hinges being moved and as usual he explained everything he did and why. My contractor did an excellent job btw who's name is BYLIS CONSTRUCTION! At this point I had enough of Turans arrogance with speaking in his language in my house , to his worker and unprofessional behavior THAT IT LED ME TO TELLING HIM TO LEAVE THAT I NO LONGER WANTED HIM DOING THE JOB !! I consider myself to be a very strong , able to handle pressure , independent woman . For me get to this point SPEAKS ! YOU DO NOT TREAT ANYONE IN THIS MANNER!
