He explained how things work and the different kinds of coverage and really helped me get educated about what I needed. I wanted to purchase my insurance from Rob because he spent so much time with me, however the best plan for me turned out to be one that doesn't pay commissions. Despite that, Rob still helped me with information, phone numbers, etc., even though there was literally nothing in it for him!
