Lo and behold, our washing machine did not drain and there was wool dryer ball fluff everywhere... I was panicking! I'd never broken a washing machine before! So I took to Yelp and found Ronen's company and messaged them through Request a Quote. Ronen got back to me SUPER quickly and was actually able to come the day after I reached out to them. He did tell me there was an initial diagnostic fee, but it could be credited to the repair. Ronen came during the time window that he gave me, found out what was wrong with the machine, told me what the issue was and quoted me on the spot (we had a broken drain that needed to be replaced) for about ~$415 + tax. I really needed the washer fixed, so I agreed and Ronen went ahead with the fix. All in all, for someone to have come the next day to find the problem and fix it within an hour or two while causing as minimal disruption to our family's day-to-day, I'd say Ronen's price was honest and worth it! From the time I used Request a Quote to the time Ronen walked out of our unit, the communication was clear, concise, and very helpful. This company is a SCAM. Stay away from them. I called to ask for a fridge repair for my elderly…read moreparents. The temperature inside the unit was warm and not cooling (freezer section was fine). They sent a tech that barely spoke english and very impatient when I asked for him to repeat what he said as I could not understand what he was saying. Finally he said he needed to "service" the unit and that would fix the problem. I asked what was the cost for replacement parts and he said it doesnt need it. Usually, a reset of the unit should work. I authorized the "servicing", he charged me $362 (waived the $80 fee to come to the house), took less than 15 mins and took off, not before handing my parent a form of his scribblings of what he had diagnosed and charged. The next day, the fridge seemed to cool down a bit but by day 2 it was back to the warm +10 degrees temp again. I called the company back and they said it needs a $500 replacement defrosting kit, without it the fridge is not fixed. The tech FAILED to tell me this on the phone! The customer service agent offered to give me a 10% discount if I agree to pay for ordering the parts, but after probing also mentioned there is not gaurantee that would fix the problem. So, I refused and said I needed to do more searches on the cost to buy a new fridge then order the part and that is only when the discount was offered. After googling and found I can get a similar fridge on sale for the same price as the replacement part, I was livid and decided to call back this company to give my feedback on this dishonesty in this whole ordeal. Instead of listening the new agent cut me off and said it was my fault for not being present when the tech was at the house to fix the fridge to ask more clarification questions and then hung up on me! DO NOT FALL VICTOM TO THIS SCAM! Scroll to the bottom of the reviews on their website and you will find that apparently I was NOT the only one whom they scammed the same way. They push ALL negative reviews to the end!

It's reminiscent of variety stores where the name doesn't really matter, and all you remember is the Coke sign out front. I'm not big on sewing myself, but even I lose a button every once and a while. And it's never a common button, either. This is where I go to hunt for a suitable replacement. They have an impressive selection of loose buttons and other related implements.
