I haven't ever experienced the sense of community or had instructors as knowledgeable anywhere else. The gym has enough space, the equipment is not only sound, but also there is enough of it, and the support group of people that train here including the coach, Matt, and his team really make it easy to get myself to the gym after work! I have yet to experience a place like this that actually makes me feel like they care about my goals, wellbeing, and overall satisfaction with the training I am receiving. I feel as though I am not just another person to make money off of. I would hands down recommend this gym to anyone looking to lose weight, get stronger, train for a specific sport, or make the transition from traditional weight lifting to CrossFit. This is the place to do it!

Plenty of parking available outside the space. There are cubbies to leave your stuff, private bathrooms with showers (bring your own towel), and a water fountain to fill up your bottle before class! The workout room is dimly lit, with fun lights and loud music to keep you motivated. The equipment is really clean and organized well. Staff are so friendly and knew my name by my second class. The workouts definitely fall into the HIIT category, incorporating various intervals of strength training and Air Bike pushes. Each day is a little different which makes it fresh, but exercises come back around each week so you can feel like you are moving towards mastery of the movements pretty quickly. Being new to the area, I am happy I finally found a workout spot to dig in some roots!

The facility itself was large with multiple rig areas and plenty of space to wod. Equipment was in great shape and there was plenty of it. Parking was super easy with an expansive parking lot right in front of the gym.... SCORE! I loved the programming of strength in the beginning and a classic CrossFit metcon after. I was a sweaty mess after a killer wod despite it being -6 outside. I appreciate any box that actually has heat, let alone turns it on!!!! So nice not being frozen for the first half of class. Easy to sign up and sign the the waiver online ahead of time! Thanks 5am crew for making my visit to the twin cities so wonderful!

There you can pick where in the room you will be standing as the spots are painted on the ceiling. A bunch of us decided to take a lower body class so I was preparing to just do a bunch of lunges and hurting... lol The class started and the music began. The instructor took us through a warm up routine and then began to explain all the stations. There were 5-6 stations and we were to rotate between them. Yes, lounges were on the menu! Man, I was getting my butt kicked! each station had certain movements that focused on a certain body part and yes, I was sweating and crying lol. This lasted for about 45 minutes, once we were done with the stations twice, we rolled into a cool down period and eventually the class ended. What I liked about the class is that there was constant movement and you didn't get board with the movement. If I kept going to this class I know I would be in waaay better shape than I am but unfortunately, I don't live in town. I would try it out if you are visiting of living there. Its not too huge and intimate enough that you aren't lost in the crowd.
