You're rarely greeted upon entering and when you are, it's to request that you wait until they're available to help. There are usually 3 to 4 people behind the reception desks, yet we're asked to wait? When a customer is in front of you - that person should be your priority. We're not here because we're feeling well. We really don't want to be standing in line - waiting. Please take the aforementioned into consideration and at the very least be friendlier.
