I received training and guidance from both Mary Ruth and Stuart in Ocala, Florida. Both were very generous and answered all my questions regarding their products. Training is required on their particular machine, as is with every brand of colon hydrotherapy equipment. Just because you are a colon therapist doesn't make you an expert on every machine out there! These people know their stuff, know their business and know the laws regarding colon hydrotherapy. Mary Ruth is a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist and Stuart is the brains behind the machines and speculums. Don't get confused, their equipment is superior to anything on the market today.

Weeks went by without a word. Apparently whoever was to make sure it was done Didn't get it done. Now lost forms....brought more in weeks went by....Due to the phone system they have the only live person you can talk to is the initial new patient appointments; which sends you to voice mail. Never a call back there. So although I like the APRN the system is broken. Going somewhere there is a more personalized atmosphere.
