She was kind on the phone saying she would take anything back as long as it 'didn't smell'. Anywho, we went way out of our way to come back to this store and brought all things and Morgan had told the other workers about it and they refused to take my item back bc it didn't have the tag on. The worker asking 'Is that Ok?' After she told me she wasn't going to let me exchange. Which confused me me of course it's not ok so I just said 'not really'. That worker proceeded to tell secrets w Morgan and talk about us 3 feet away like we werent there, explaining to her that she told me she wasn't going to take it. Rhey just tried to pretend we were there from then on. This Morgan should have come introduce herself to us & behaved kind and professionally but tried to avoid eye contact with all cost. I calmly introduced myself & asked her to tell me about the exchange policy specifics as to store tag on it or not since it wasn't mentioned on our phone call. She was snippy & saying how she personally would never take a tag off something unless she was SURE she liked so how could I? The toxic, low frequency energy from her and her minions is so bad lol I will never step foot or support that store again. My Mother just went ahead and bought another paid of earrings for my Sister & I told her, NO do not spend another dollar in there for me ever. All their clothes are the same pieces just in diff shades of color. Support nice, calm local stores for Jewlery instead. $40 thrown down the drain bc they wouldn't exchange it bc they think I'm lying that I wore it. A very genuinely nice lady welcomed me to the store and that sure put me at ease! I told her that I would like to take some pictures and do a Yelp review. She said that was fine. As I'm looking around the place I noticed ladies clothes that I could tell were above par. This is an upscale place on a Main Street that could pass for a Mayberry episode! There was also a jewelry case ( costume jewelry) that looked genuine! Nothing cheap or trashy looking here. I complimented the owner and told her I would tell my wife about place.
