I put off this review because I felt torn. Some aspects were great, others not. What was great is that the gowns are grouped by size so you know if it's available in your size immediately. They give you 3 hanging tags to put on the gowns you like. They then get them for you. If you still have time in your one hour appointment you can select more. I thought they had the process streamlined well. What I did not care for was the trying on area has a row of three( or was it 4?) so you are potentially modelling your dress with other shoppers right next to you. I was waiting in a chair for my people to finish selecting more dresses. While there an employee walked in front of me very close a couple times as if I was invisible. She then started complaining about the dressing room her client was going to have and seemed like she was going to bully the other employees about it. Not long after, she was suddenly all smiles and compliments. Not a good vibe. read more

My wedding was in December of 2025 it's been four months since then and I have been sitting with my experience. I wish I could give them a 0 star rating because of how unhappy I was with my dress but unfortunately it does not allow you to give a 0 star. I will also be posting this to every site I can just in case they delete this.First of all the stylist did a size 2 sizes too big!! When I got it back they had me put it on and I didn't even need to unzip it to put it on. The top was way way too big to where I was flashing and you could see my breast. The employee who helped me had to hold it together and gather a bunch of extra material so I could see it. I mentioned to her that it's too big alterations is going to basically redo this dress. I was very unhappy with how it looked and how it looked on me. They had me schedule an alteration appt and I really didn't want to go through with them bc I knew they were expensive but I thought the alterations employees could fix this dress. Well they didn't. I had issues with them from the start and once she pinned it I told her it still felt too big I had to continuously hold it together my chest. The waist just felt bulky and you could tell how big it was. Once I came back to do my finally fitting the top felt as though she did nothing to it and the waist look awful bc it was so big. I told her there it was still too big you could see my bra that I was wearing with the dress. She fixed it while I was there but it did nothing!! At this point I was so dissatisfied with my whole experience I was done with her. I had already spend the same amount of money that was spent on the dress. That is ridiculous!!! Especially when you have a bride who is so unhappy. If I could do this over I would never go to them for anything! There is a reason there are class action lawsuits on them. All my pictures from that day you can see how horrible of a job this person did. In pictures you can see what I was wearing underneath the dress my bra would show and I was constantly hold the top to me the entire night of my wedding. If they would have just ordered the correct size and I would not go to them for alterations bc they charge over $500 and there are tons of amazing places you can go to who don't charge almost the same amount as your dress I also would rethink going to them at all. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would!! I had a very disappointing experience at David's Bridal due to the behavior of a manager named Amanda. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. The tone she used was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable especially because this interaction happened in front of my young son. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be a special and meaningful experience, and instead I left feeling upset and disrespected. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, especially by someone in a management position. Because of this experience, David's Bridal will be losing not only my business, but also the business of my family and friends. I truly hope this location addresses how customers are spoken to, because no bride should feel the way I did that day. This was not my first run in with her either. She called and told me my moms dress was ready for pick up and when i went she acted like I was dumb and my moms dress wasn't there. I went in with a bridal party to look for bridesmaid dresses back in July. To be fair to the employees, we should have made an appointment, but that didn't warrant the attitude we kept getting. As soon as I walked in the door, I was snapped at with a "no drinks allowed". No "hi" or "welcome in" first - they just barked at me. I totally understand a "no drink" policy. It was the morning and I kind of forgot that special occasion shops have policies like that, but jeez....say "hello" first. We were just ignored the entire time. I thought they'd at least offer us a fitting room, but we even had to find our own. We found some dresses we ultimately wanted to order, but they were sold out online...so we had to pass on David's bridal as a whole. I just don't think they have good bridesmaid options overall. That's just my opinion. And this location didn't really seem encouraging, especially to walk-ins...which I thought were okay, but it didn't feel that way. We loved our stylist Thea and she was a 5/5 especially for my sister being her first bride fitting. All the associates were great and friendly. This would be a 4-5 star review, however the issues we had took stars away. The biggest issue we had was with who we believe to be the manager. She made my sister feel uncomfortable, less than, and unimportant. My sister didn't have a set date so she said 2030. The manager called and asked if she was still coming, then when we arrived she said "oh you're the 2030 bride. Are you even engaged?" Which made my sister upset, especially considering she had her engagement ring on. Then when my sister was trying on dresses we were waiting for our mom to come and the manager then came by and said "she only has 15 minutes left and we have to clear the floor" Which once again made my sister less enjoy her experience especially because she felt like she was being rushed and the manager wasn't very nice about it. read more

Grazina was absolutely amazing!! She calmed all my stresses about my dress not fitting in time for our big day when I came to pick up my dress two days before the wedding and realized I had gone down a couple sizes since I had my initial alteration appointment and she said she could have it totally fixed within a few hours. Such a sweet and talented person! I've come to this location to try on dresses in the beginning, find my dream gown, and all the steps in between throughout the alterations process. The staff are all super friendly and made the exciting time of picking a dress so perfect and fun. We bought a dress for my daughter's prom. It was not "The dress" and we wanted to continue looking but the lady told us we would have 30 days to return the dress as long as it was before the event. We later did find "The dress" and I went back to return the dress. It turns out the wrong dress was rung up and the manager told us we could not return the dress because it did not match the receipt. She did not seem at all concerned that one of her workers rang up the wrong dress. She was also pretty rude about it. If I had known that I couldn't return the dress, I would not have bought it. read more

I had the honor of helping my best friend shop for her wedding gown She made an appointment at David's and off we went! She did not go with the expectation that she would find her dress on the first trip. We were checked in and greeted at the podium out front as soon as we walked in. We had the pleasure of having Ashton assist us. Like most brides my friend went in with a certain vision and Ashton helped to find the perfect dress! She was so patient and put up with our goofy requests and never acted annoyed or made us feel rushed or pressured. When my friend was having trouble deciding between two she even said it would be ok if she wanted to sleep on it and come back. Her calmness helped make the decision! Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I went to the store, tried on my bridesmaid dress, and ordered the dress FROM THE STORE a couple months ago. I even linked my purchase to the bride's account while purchasing the dress and was told I would be notified once the dress arrived at the store for pick up. So far so good. When I got the text messages to my phone saying my dress was ready for pick up, my mom went to the store to get it since I was out of town, but somehow the people working at the store were unable to locate not only the dress but also the order itself. How does that happen?? Meanwhile, my mom calls the store later on to follow up on the issue. Store employees are still unable to locate the dress, after which my mom asks to speak to the store manager who is beyond rude. First off, she was very difficult to understand given her thick accent, but more importantly, there was total miscommunication because she was saying that there would be an extra charge for expedited alteration of the dress. Why the hell would we need this if the wedding is not until January 2023? Finally, she cuts off my mom saying, "I'm with a customer, I will call you later." No surprises that this woman NEVER followed up with my mom. After this circus show, I get a voicemail on my phone a couple days later saying the dress was in the order room for some reason and that it is ready for pick up. When they asked if we wanted the dress altered, the obvious answer is a big fat NO. If we can't even trust the store to find our order, how can we trust them to alter the dress properly? Not to mention, they were short on alteration specialists to begin with! And throughout this entire experience, we NEVER received an apology from anyone. I have never purchased anything from David's Bridal and I guarantee you I never will again. read more

Update: I had to take 2 stars away. My niece went in for her fitting and all the alteration people were rude. They did not have the items she ordered to customize the dress so I guess Alyssa wasn't as on it as we thought. Sleeves she selected were NOT on her order and we had to go find the receipt to get the items straightened out. First off...when putting a dress in layaway, you should be upfront with the brides and let them know on their "all sales final" dress that it's the dress the she and a lot of other brides tried on. You aren't getting a new dress...but instead you charge them full price for a dress that is missing eyelets and who knows what else. Oh and if you want the bag to store it in, that'll be $10 more. Also..your location lost all of my bridesmaids information for when they went to order..and then ordered 2 dresses under one name. When my MOH called to see where her dress was, you informed her that it had been canceled because another Stephanie in my party ordered a different dress. Who knew having two people with same name would cause so much confusion??!! So now I hope and pray that her dress gets here in time. Compared to the previous reviews, I actually had a wonderful time and came home with a BEAUTIFUL dress for under $100! Long train and strapless even though I wasn't wanting a strapless dress but I just couldn't say no. The lady helping me was very helpful and nice. The reasons it didn't get a 5 star review were because. The outrageous costs of veils and I was made to assume the undergarments were included with the purchase of the dress. Now I have to go and pay $120 for them which is more than my dress cost. I just felt a little mislead. Plus they didn't even mention it at checkout I had to call and ask where my undergarments were. I've only had the pleasure or wandering in here a total of four times and not by my own choice. The first two times were for a wedding in 2008, I don't remember too many details about it other ordering the dress and then the fitting after. All went well from what I remember. Fast forward to 2016, eight years later. I wandered in with a group of three; the bride, myself (Maid of Honor), and another bridesmaid. They didn't seem overly busy for an early Saturday; however, there was a large party being taken care of. We aimlessly wandered around since we weren't really sure where to start. I'll also say, we were only there for bridesmaids dresses. Eventually we were "greeted" by a lady who asked if we had an appointment. The bride told her no, and apologized since we were unaware we needed one. We were told to sign in and look at the dresses, but we had to wait. So we browsed the dresses and found a few to try on. We waited almost 20 minutes then another woman asked if we needed to check-in. We said we should have done that already, to our surprise we hadn't. The bride then had to complete paperwork, taking another 10 or so. Once registration was complete we were finally able to try on our dresses. We found the sizes and styles we liked then made our way to the front to check out. I was talked into purchasing a size smaller, because of the design and flow of the dress. We checked out without hassle. The bride opened a credit card and put the dresses on it, paid in full. We were told the dresses would be in by June 6th, no issue as the wedding is in August. About a week after ordering the other bridesmaid got an e-mail, her dress was in. She went and picked her dress up and had it fitted. No issues. A week later I start getting antsy as I had no e-mail, so I call to check in just in case I missed something. I am eventually told that none of the dresses were ordered and I need to pay for my dress in order for it to be ordered. So I sit on the phone for nearly 30 minutes telling this woman that the other bridesmaid has already picked up her dress and I have the receipt in hand for my dress. She finally puts me on hold, comes back maybe five minutes later to tell me that while the dress has been paid for it was never ordered. She then tells me, the dress will be in by July 14th. Less than a month before the wedding. I sure hope it won't need to be altered.... Disappointed to say the least. I can also say I won't be coming here for any of my wedding needs, next year. Update: Also received a comment on Yelp from someone affiliated with David's saying the would e-mail me and 8 never heard another word. Appointment is only 1 hour , I could only try on 4 dresses , budget $500 the first dress the consultant found me was $1300 and wasn't even the style I wanted . The dressing rooms are tiny . Bring a robe , or else every time your consultant leaves your dressing room you stand the chance of being exposed to everyone sitting in the waiting area ( men too ). My consultant was nice , but I felt very rushed & i felt like she wanted me to decide on a dress right away . I purchased a dress online from another vendor after finding the style dress I liked. Also I bought two pairs of shoes online from DB and sent them back because they were poorly made . The heel did not feel centered & one was scuffed up . I don't recommend DB. read more

Back in the fall I came to buy my bridesmaid dress with the rest of he bridesmaids, as well as meet with he bride my best friend since 8th grade. I was here for a few hours and the sales associate was helpful, but a little awkward. As I was browsing around trying to find the color and a few styles to try on she did offer some assistance. But it all went wrong the minute she said " Oh you must be a size 2" I said "No I'm a size 6 or 8" she said "really?". I'm glad she didn't bring in a bunch of dresses that I wouldn't even be able to zip myself into. My mother and I went to this location without an appointment only to browse their inventory. Being a Saturday during one of their sales events, they were jammed packed with eager soon to be brides, their entourages, and high schools ladies galore. I had no intentions of trying any dresses on, but of course once we started perusing the inventory, we found a few that were a must. A very attentive consultant saw that we were man-handling several dresses and came over to my mother and I asking if I would like to snag a canceled appointment! Of course I said YES! right away and got ready to try on some potential winners. Even before my appointment time we were warmly greeted by Melissa who immediately got to work pulling our picks. Through the entire experience she was honest and gave great advice on how to pick "The One." I wanted to say "YES" to a dress but something was holding me back. When I expressed this to Melissa she didn't shut me out like other consultants have done in the past(not at David's Bridal). I had my final fitting yesterday! I've been to this David's Bridal a couple times shopping for myself & my sister! Everytime I've been the service has been wonderful & the people were friendly! I can't say this about all of the David's Bridal b/c I went to one in GA looking for a flower girl dress & they weren't very friendly. At this location the ladies truly make you their # 1 priority. They didn't have the brides name spelled right so it took our bridesmaid a while to find it, then they didn't save any of the 8 bridesmaids names or sizes recorded nor did they have color or style numbers on file from our appointment. they let us try on dresses and order ones that were not available by the wedding date without informing us of such. I am quite disappointed with the experience I had at David's Bridal. I made an appointment to look at dresses but when I got there that morning to an almost empty shop, I was assigned to a consultant who was also working with another bride. For the most part, I was ignored while the consultant focused on the other bride. When my consultant did pay me any attention, I was pigeon-holed into trying on the same style of dress over and over again even though I didn't know what type of dress I was looking for. She did not take my budget or the fact that I was new to the dress shopping process into account. I had my bridal appointment today at David's Bridal and was super impressed by their services. The wonderful lady who helped me try on dresses her name is Shelby and she was awesome. I told her what theme I was going after and what I liked and didn't like about the dresses I tried on and she was able to pull more dresses for what I was looking for and in my budget. I ended up saying "yes" to the third dress I tried on after putting it on a second time and putting on the beautiful veil Shelby found me that matched perfectly. I had the greatest experience with Jeffrey! He is a lifesaver! My sister chose a Vera Wang dress for me for the maid of honor gown, little did she know you need 17 weeks lead time. Jeffrey used all of his contacts and favors to find me the gown in my size, seemingly magically. He was nothing short of a God-send. It would have been very easy to tell me "no" and to talk me into another gown, but he went above and beyond to get the dress my sister dreamed of (and the one that looked best on me). After several experiences at this David's Bridal, I can highly recommend it. We bought homecoming and prom dresses here, so when our daughter got engaged and wanted to have the wedding in just a few months, we headed to David's. She had the pleasure of working with Stephen, and he was very knowledgeable. She tried on the smallest size they had available in store, and he took some measurements. He said if he ordered a size smaller, it would fit perfectly, and it did! All she had to have done for alterations was length. He gave her advice on style when asked. When I went for my mother of the bride gown, I also was lucky enough to get Stephen as my stylist. Same thing happened for me. He said one size smaller would be perfect, and it was. I had no alterations. The bridesmaids did not get to work with him, but they had a good experience and we all looked beautiful! One of the girls had to have extensive alterations, but they were done beautifully and in a timely manner. Tips: Do make an appointment, as they are busy. You get an hour I think, and they have you go through and pick 3 or 4 styles (for wedding gown) which they will bring to you. You can try more, but they try not to overwhelm you. Be patient and get an early appointment. Do know that most dresses will have to be ordered, so don't walk in a week or 2 before your event and expect to walk out with your dress. We witnessed someone whose wedding was the next week acting like it was the store's fault that she had waited until last minute. Know that you may wear a bigger or smaller size than what you normally wear, so don't be mad at the staff. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with you, but styles can be cut differently even between different designers. Choose the style you want, but consider advice from stylist on what will compliment your figure. Examine your dress before you leave the store with it as once it leaves, it cannot be returned. They will even tell you this. We all tried ours on (no appointment) when they came in, and this gave us a chance to examine them as well. Consider the preservation kit for the wedding gown. My daughter sent hers in the mail and had it back beautifully preserved within 3 weeks. I hope others have a great experience like we did! read more

The people who checked me in and helped me get started were great but my consultant Amy put a damper on things. She was very pushy and I felt so stressed with her pushing me saying I HAD to leave with a dress. Not the dress i love, just a dress. I quickly became frustrated and was ready to leave. One star. We, a bridal party, showed up early for an appointment, we're not helped until 45 minutes after our appointed time and were continuously blown off by staff. While Becky, our helper lady did eventually help us out, she basically told us which dresses we could and couldn't try on because they were marked "bridesmaid". Then Becky disappeared. The bride herself wrote all the information, names, and sizes on the sheet. We were basically left to our own devices and were constantly left waiting for help. Fortunately, we work quickly and had our style and color picked out within 30 minutes of walking into a dressing room that was entirely too crammed. Again, Becky was nowhere to be seen. So we went to check out, because what else can you do when your help is nowhere to be found? Becky came up with her paperwork and asked another staff member named Melissa to check us out. SHOUT OUT TO MELISSA! She was already on the phone with a customer when Becky handed her our order which again, the bride filled out. She even told the bride she could have her job. Melissa handled her call, and seemed to be incredibly stressed as it seemed there were not enough staff to handle the amount of people in the store for checkout or for sizing. Becky, and a handful of other employees were checking other parties out before us, as we waited for over an hour. An hour, people. The Parties that finished way after us were quickly dealt with and whisked away as we stood there hoping Melissa would come back. Melissa did her absolute best to handle our party with apology and grace. Although we could not get an additional percent off of our dresses, Melissa gave us additional shutterfly coupons to aid the issues at hand. Melissa needs a flipping raise due to how she handled this issue. In fact, any company that is looking for good customer service should hire Melissa. Anyway, Melissa was awesome, one star our it 5, and just order your dresses online because this store only has one good employee who is overworked and under paid by my standpoint. read more

Believe it or not I actually had a GOOD experience with the sales manager, Andrea, at this store last week. This is about my 10th dress I've bought from a Davids Bridal and none of my experiences have been superb. I was 3 months pregnant when I bought my bridesmaid dress. I told the girl who measured me I usually gain a lot of weight when I'm pregnant and i'll be about 7 months at the wedding. She told me what size to get based on this particular dress having "a lot of give." Going by her advice, I get the dress at 6 months pregnant and it won't even zip. I still have a month to go. Of course, there's NOTHING at all they can do. They were going to hacksaw some alterations together that wasn't even the same color fabric and charge me $90 for it. After explaining my situation 3 times I finally got to talk to the sales manager. At first she says there was nothing they could do because I had "gained too much weight." I'm like "I'm pregnant and I did exactly as recommended." She allowed me to order a new dress (luckily the bride just wanted a certain color, not a certain dress) and she waived the rush fee since the wedding was in 3 weeks. She was nice and helpful and I appreciate her understanding. read more
