I was impressed by the size of the store and the layout that grouped outfits by color scheme/patterns so you could easily pull an outfit together. What really stood out was the employees and overall customer service. It was a busy spring Saturday, and there were multiple sales associates working to service customers. They didn't hover, but they were there if you needed them, be it the dressing room or on the floor. At checkout, the associate signed me up for their free rewards program and used my first name when handing over my bag and thanking me for my business - a nice added touch. On top of this, there was a 40% off sale going on. Overall, impressed by my first experience at LOFT!

This is the establishment that I buy pant suits and dress clothes at simply because the button down shirts are easy to wear and look so nice. On this trip, my first time to Clay Terrace, the sales associate asked if I would like to try on my shirt and took it out of my hand. When I told her that I knew it fit, she asked if she should put it up front to which I replied "No, I would like to hang on to it.". She said, "Sorry!" in a tone that one would assume they really said something to upset her. I simply wanted to see it next to pants and jackets. Once I found pants I went over to the register where I was greeted by two women whom were both too busy to help. One said to the other, who was folding (folding, above customer service. The industry that you work in?) "Can you do this? I'm busy.". Folding lady did ring me out promptly, but way to make people feel unwelcome. I was extremely pleased with the customer service, prompt and courteous. The salesperson was very knowledgeable on the products and guided me to a quick selection of what I was looking for in clothing. The quality of the product is good and should last me a while, but what was most important is I was able to receive prompt service. Thanks again to the sales staff and manager at the Jos A. Head for the store, park in one of the numbered curbside pickup spaces and check in. Pop open your truck and order will be delivered promptly. Today I placed on online order, and less than an hour later I received the message that my order was ready. Sometimes I enjoy shopping in the store, but for the days that I need an easy and stress-free solution, curbside pickup is perfect.
