We live in Muncie. My niece was searching the Internet for somewhere different to get her prom dress. She discovered RaeLynn's Boutique. She fell in love and looked amazing in the first dress she tried on. The dress had been tried on by numerous girls and quite a few sequins had broken off and were missing. The dress could no longer be ordered. We spoke with a manager and was told that sewing sequins on was an easy fix with a sewing machine and could be done for around $10. We took dress back to Muncie and discovered that this is NOT an easy fix as it all had to be done by hand and very expensive. We drove dress back to RaeLynn's and spoke with the same manager. She stated that they would fix it and basically called me a liar about the repair work. I didn't cause a fuss, I just wanted her dream dress fixed!! Several days later, I got a call from the actual owner whom I had never met or seen. She apologized profusely for the way the situation had been handled and had contacted another boutique that had the exact same dress and size and had it sent to her store. The dress was brand new and never been worn. She checked dress over and then had it shipped to us at her cost. The dress arrived in perfect condition along with a hand written note of apology along with a gift certificate towards a future purchase. Who does this anymore?? I am extremely impressed with any business that fights to keep a positive reputation and will go above and beyond to correct a wrong. We are just a normal family, not a wealthy or prominent Indianapolis family. We did NOT rant or rave and make asses out of ourselves. We just wanted a beautiful dress for her first prom. RaeLynn's Boutique has our admiration and appreciation. We WILL be back and telling our friends as well! Bravo to the the owner and her staff of very hard working girls. I am still not thrilled by the demeanor or attitude of the manager we worked with, but everyone else were very kind and helpful. Thanks for making my only niece a very happy young lady. read more

RaeLynn's is THE. BEST. As a (former) pageant girl, I learned about RL when I was searching for my evening gown for the Miss Indiana pageant. I went on an winter evening with my Mom and Pageant Coach and we looked through the gowns ourselves (which I prefer to do) and the girls helped us by starting a room with the gowns I liked. And when it was time to try on the RL girls were there to offer a zip-up, shoes to make me taller for the try-on, and anything else I would need. I didn't have a huge budget like some other girls, but I was about to find my dream gown under my budget of $550. To this day my Miss Indiana gown is the most favorite piece of clothing I've ever owned. More recently, I have also purchased a boutique dress (Take A Back Road) and I LOVE IT! It is actually now my favorite "casual" dress! It's true-to-seize, fun, and comfortable. I love RaeLynn's and think their prices are fair, for both gowns and boutique items. read more

Absolutely love this boutique! Definitely my go-to when it comes to wanting a prom/homecoming dress, or even just a cute romper for a night on the city! Super welcoming when you walk in most of the time. I definitely have my favorite workers because of friendliness, but everyone is nice. The store owner and buyer do more than sit in the back and not associate with customers like they're too good for that. I absolutely love that they come out and give their opinion on what looks good with what. They are definitely some of the most genuine people I've ever met. It's a great location sell high quality clothes. Just wish some items were cheaper, although what they sell is very high quality so I understand. My friends ask me all the time where I have gotten my clothes and the answer is always RaeLynns! We just recently went to Raelynns boutique and purchased our daughters prom dress! It was an amazing experience! The customer service was out of this world and the selection was fabulous, even though my daughter went in knowing exactly what dress she wanted and was elated that they had it! We went shopping with my daughters best friend and her mother, we have all been friends for 13 years! Her best friend had a tumbling accident and is now in a wheel chair. They made a trip that we were all a little nervous about extremely easy! Makenzie and Macy had a fabulous time together. Their friendship has grown in so many ways throughout the years, friends, sisters etc. Makenzie has even become a caregiver to Macy! The things these two have been through together is more then any two 16 year olds girls should have to go through. My family was in Indianapolis for a family event, and we found out our daughters had "forgotten" to pack dressy clothes for a huge party ( actually, they packed clothes, but they were totally inappropriate, and both girls had grown since we'd bought the dresses- way, way too tight and wrong- and the get together was stressful to begin with.). We were given Raelynn's name , and I can't believe they BOTH were thrilled with the new dresses they got & the help we received. It was a pleasure- and if you have teenage daughters, you know it's usually DRAMA! I even got myself a present (once the girls were happy!). I went to RaeLynn's Boutique to get my prom dress yesterday and it was an AMAZING experience!! There were so many options to choose from. All of the dresses were kept in bags and organized by color. It made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. After finding the perfect dress for me, one of the RaeLynn's girls helped me complete my look. Lexi laced up the corset back of my dress and found me jewelry and shoe. She even went as far to put my shoes on my feet for me! She was awesome. Everyone there goes out of their way to help you and makes sure you have a great experience. You can tell they take pride in their jobs. AML What a fun dress shopping experience! Amanda and Jilly were soooo helpful (especially whichever one is the IU student intern - not sure which). My daughter spent a lot of time trying on LOTS of dresses. They were all so gorgeous. My only slight disappointment was that I wish there were more sizes of each style. There were so many beautiful dresses but it was very hit or miss as to if the needed size was in the store. Yes, they can be ordered but we would never purchase a dress without trying it on first. Anyway, this was our first trip to RaeLynn's and I certainly hope there is another occasion that will require a formal dress so that we can have some more shopping fun! read more

Amazing Experience from the moment I walked through the front door! Staff greeted me immediately and were beyond excited to help me find the perfect dress for a concert. I was in Indiana for a family wedding and was recommended to visit RaeLynns. The place for very nice, nice location and had alot of dresses. We ended up buying several, what they call 'summer dresses'. Halee, the girl helping us was extremely helpful. She was finding more items in the store that she thought we'd be interested in.
