This is the 2nd time I've tried to sell at your store and this will be the last time I ever step foot in it. I was offered a little over $7 for the shoes and in total, walked out with $12 and some change. Meanwhile, you have the same style of clothes hanging in your racks, some worse than what I brought in. I will use the power of social media to make sure everyone knows what a rip off your store is. I can make at least 5 times that much selling it myself.

Not even thinking about what she said because I barely even spoke or said anything about my experience for her to assume I don't have the skills. I agreed to the part time position but after telling her I worked at amazon she told me she has had people who worked at amazon work there and it "didn't" work for them", even after explaining my schedule and that I could make it work she said very rudely "well it wouldn't work for our company".

Here's my experience: I hadn't been in an Old Navy in many years, but today my sons all needed work clothes, khaki pants and black pants and black shirts. My friend said to try Old Navy and I'm so glad I took her advice! It was very easy to find everything my boys needed right away, because the store is organized in a highly intuitive manner. While my sons were trying on pants and shirts in the fitting room, my daughters and I noticed the large selection of beautiful, soft, creative and inspiring T-shirts for girls. I like the nature scenes, social justice & unity art, and good old fashion peace & love designs on many of the shirts for kids. And the prices ($5 -$7) were just right. We started stocking up. Around this time an employee, Christine ("Chris") gave a friendly query as to if we were finding everything all right. I laughed that we came in for work pants and now I had an arm load of shirts and leggings for my girls. That's when Chris told me about the loyalty program. Since I haven't been to Old Navy in years, I didn't have that yet, and she was able to sign me up right there w her little gadget, which was so cool and convenient because I got credit right away with this purchase and didn't even have to leave the table I was rummaging through. So all in all I'm very impressed with the customer service, the layout of the store, the selection of kids clothing, and the prices. I will definitely be back, especially now that I have Old Navy bucks to spend!
