This Torrid in Frisco is my favorite. I'm usually greeted with, "Welcome to Torrid", when I enter. The only times I haven't is when the associates are busy with other customers. I come in the store now to pick up an in store shipment and they know my name without asking. I think I order too much there . The manager is awesome. She makes sure her store is well ran. Her girls are awesome, too. I love the selection of clothing in the store. But online the amount of cute clothing is massive and I love it. I can spend hours there . They have great sales. I can get a lot of clothes, and lingerie for very few bucks. The Torrid Cash can add up quickly. In store the clearance clothing is an additional 50% off. So you can get some epic deals! Go shopping at the Frisco Torrid and mark off a couple of hour to browse, then to try on clothes. Ohhh, their bras will make your girls look gd!! read more

Walked in knowing what I wanted but didn't know what area the item was. I walked through the store and an associate smiled at me and asked how I was doing. I explained what I was looking for and she walked me to the right area, even offering information on other sizes and cuts. I didn't have any issue with this location, the staff was not hateful or mean. read more

What a wonderful experience shopping! I mostly shop online becouse it is difficult to find plus size store with a wide choice and variety of trendy beautiful well made clothing. From jewelry, shoes and jackets to dresses, swimsuits and lingerie this store offers beautiful, modern and affordable things. What made this experience even more memorable was Holly. She was absolutely wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful with choosing the right size and style. read more

I'm glad this place reopened again. The sales clerks at this store are outgoing and friendly. They recognize their frequent patrons and are ready to offer suggestions. I wish this place was a little bigger as they are pretty cramped into this space. I come here mainly to purchase their fun leggings and this store had a great selection. read more

I'm giving this location a two. I love the clothes, but the last several times I have been to this location the customer service has been horrible. Most of the time the girls are standing around the counter talking amongst themselves and you have to ask them for help and when you do, it feels like you are interrupting them. I suggest you go to the Denton location. The (first time) store manager out there is the bomb! She goes above and beyond to help her customers leave satisfied. I will never return to the Frisco location again, unless I have a return from an online order. read more

This location has improved tremendously. The employees before were rude and very unwelcoming. However, it is not like that anymore. I am greeted each time I walk in, I am made aware or promotions, and asked if I need any help. I love how the range of sizes are more broad and this location always has a nice section of sizes. The prices continue to rise and the quality of the shirts are not the absolute best or worst so that's a little discouraging All in all I would rather go here than any of the other locations in the Dallas area. read more

Torrid offers styles for the curvy fashionista. I was glad to discover a store not very far from home once I moved to TX. I've been to this location several times to shop and pick up packages (before I earned free shipping). The ladies that work here have not exactly been very friendly or helpful. I've been when the store was empty of other shoppers and very busy (example, last day to use Haute Cash). They really need to do better. The clothes are not of the highest quality for the prices they charge. I really don't shop unless there is some type of sale or Haute Cash to spend. What I do like is that they offer pants in 'short' lengths. That's a plus since I've never been accused of being tall. The store is very cramped and tight; not the best shopping experience. It's even worse when they're very busy. It's located between Staples and Marshalls. I do hope they get it together and show ALL customers a better level of service. read more

I love this Torrid! The associates are really sweet and super helpful. The stock and store itself was like most other Torrid stores in that they can only get so much stock in at one time but one of the managers, China, went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. This is definitely my regular Torrid store now, especially since the other ones near Denton do not have a very nice or helpful staff. So go and be fabulous :) read more

I recently went to shop for a big event. Service was horrible it was not busy at all Yet, when I went back to my assigned dressing room, it was locked. I must of been in the dressing rooms 10+ times, so each time I had to find an employee to get back in. When I was carrying large amount of cloths, no one offered to take them to a dressing room. I gave it to the cashiers. No one asked if I wanted a different size-Thus,10+ times to the dressing rooms. read more

Really frustrated. Came into the store this week looking for some work clothes, and stopped by at the recommendation of a friend. I was shocked at the prices being charged for the cheap clothes. I told the sales clerk that I wanted to purchase my dress to try on with some shoes at home, and I'd be back to return if it didn't work out...turns out it didn't. When I came back to return, I was told I couldn't. Very disappointed I wasn't told at the beginning, as I wouldn't have purchased the overpriced dress, on clearance. Sorry to post this on this store it's meant for Torrid online so people know. If you try to use your multiple haute cash online you'll have to speak with a personal shopper LOL! Don't do it unless you want to ruine your day speaking with people that are incompetent with only one supervisor running this place that tells you things like "You know better than that" and laugh and argue on the phone. You call that a supervisor? Really? Last two online attempts this one included were a disaster! One was fixed with an apology and now I'm waiting for this one to be resolved. Every store I've gone to never had an issue very helpful with even trying to help you shop except once they had me pay for items I wanted but didn't make it in the bag was told they'd ship it to me never did but when I brought it up when in store the same manager apologized tracked the shipping saw I didn't receive it and gave it to me no problem. So cuddos to Roundrock store manager and to the individual that resolved my issue with my bad online order. But what bothers me is the CALL CENTER won't put names is a total JOKE! Should of never been hired these two individuals are totally disrespectful! I love Torrids products but have to ask myself why are you putting up with all the hassle it takes and inconvenience lately just to have their products when people like the call reps and supervisor there today are representing Torrid and making it such an unpleasurable experience is it really worth all this time and headache? Why are these bad apples representing them? Years never had a problem and lately that's all I'm getting and everyone makes mistakes so the other issues were petty just time consuming and this one today was a NIGHTMARE for a business owner I guess since it's a corporate it's lost it's whole reason of good customer service values and one customers input doesn't matter anymore!
