The absolute worst Anthropologie in Dallas, TX! Their customer service is horrible, especially the manager who was checking me out. I ended up not buying anything and just walked out. I had recently received a gift from Anthropologie and wanted to exchange it, but I didn't have the gift receipt. The item I was returning was still available in the store, so it was new. She refused to help me, not even offering an exchange. Very rude with a bad attitude, and she was apparently the manager. She didn't even smile. This happened in the afternoon. It was super disappointing, and I will never recommend that store to anyone. The Frisco location is much better and the best! read more

What is this? A store for Ants? Yes. It's Antapology. I'm sorry to all the ants that were offended by this review opener. Way up at Watters Creek out in Allen, a north burb of Dallas, this is a very expensive and very trendy boutique-style chain store that is in the beautiful fancy outdoor mall they've built up here. We went in every store at this mall and this one was a nice relaxing environment with lots of cool clothes, but way out of our price range and not really sexual enough for Barbie. Again, her words not mine. And service didn't really thrill us here to say the least. read more

This place smells like cigarette smoke and fruity candles; which are working overtime to mask the scent... I'm pretty sure they know about the odor since the doors are left open when it's +100°. I can deal with the overpriced clothes since my wife loves the place but the headache that occupancies the visit due to the smell makes this a bitter pill to swallow. read more

This is a fantastic store with lovely clothes and has incredible customer service to match the decor! I'm a mom of 4 small kids so I don't get to shop alone often, I ran in there 15minutes before closing and they did not rush me out. In fact they told me to take my time and they helped me pick out 3 outfits! I highly recommend this clean beautiful store. The 3 outfits I bought will be well worn. They also had a 20% sale, it's not a cheap store but the clothing is so well made and beautiful that it is worth it. read more

Terrible customer service. Waited far too long in line to check out while one of the sales associates was engaged in full blown pretentious small talk with the customer ahead of me who was long done checking out. Listen Karen, this isn't social hour. When there's another customer(s) waiting in line wrap it up and keep it moving. Not once did she acknowledge me and at least say thanks for your patience, sorry for the wait, nothing. The saving grace was the other sales associate who was helping another customer with a return who did look up and apologize for the wait while she was actually tending to her customer not socializing long after the transaction was complete. I will pass on this location in the future. read more

I agree with Christina's review. Rude girls, that follow you around like your being stalked. Retail wonders why everyone is shifting to online sales. Well, the brick and mortar experience is unpleasant. Unfortunately, Anthropologies, online experience isn't that much better. So I've written this store off entirely and moved on to better things. Anthropologie is my absolute favorite store, however I will never go to this location again. The store manager was over-the-too rude and pretentious. She followed me around the store as if I was stealing . Granted, I came from the gym and nail salon and was dressed "down", but that doesn't mean customers should be treated based on appearance. I had the best in store experience at Anthropologie in Watters Creek. Far better than I feel like I have gotten in a long time at any other retailer. I was in the area for Santa and Carriages rides with my two young boys. We stopped in just to pass some time and Jennifer was so kind and sweet and caring towards us. She made sure we had a fantastic experience. We were just browsing and she truly just wanted to make sure we were okay. 5 stars for Antropologie and 5+ stars for Jennifer. read more

Great layout and really good service. I was helping my sister find a dress for an upcoming wedding and the ladies in the dressing room were super sweet and helpful in getting multiple sizes when needed or making dress suggestions. I love Anthropologie! This store is beautiful, just like all the others I have been in. I think the salespeople were really busy getting ready for the Black Friday rush, because I kind of felt like I was in their way. It's cool, though. I LOVE Anthropologie stores, not matter where they are located! That saying so I am already a bit biased. This store is small compared to others, but it does have a decent selection from the larger stores. The employees will look up what you are looking for and offer to have it shipped to that store or to your home, so that is a big plus. During their semi-annual sales it is not uncommon to wait in line, because other Anthro lovers received the same alert in their email that you did but the care the employees take in wrapping up your things in worth the wait. So are the deals! Very clean dressing rooms with attendants that run and get the size you probably need instead of the one you wish you were...Grrrrrrr. read more
