Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. I gave the small section of swimming attire a once over, and left because at first glance, I didn't see any tops that would work with my swimming trunks. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

They have shows every hour in the evenings on MWF and we got to see their shows and they were really fun. Raves for kids! Very loud, so if you or your kids are sensitive to noise I would recommend ear plugs. The thriller park has the show, performers, a corn maze, another maze type thing, and a foam pit and bouncy houses. The pumpkin patch has multiple pumpkin patches, TONS of pumpkins, and food trucks, ice cream, paintball (costs extra) and some shopping. Plenty of space, it never really felt overcrowded at all. Very aesthetic and great for taking pictures. Will definitely be adding this to our yearly traditions, this place is so much fun! The pumpkin patch was really cool if you just did that.

I recently took my granddaughter to make a Lego race car and she got to keep the car. They do free gift wrapping. If you want even more fancier wrapping paper, there is a nominal charge, but I've always found that their free gift wrap is absolutely fine. Been there several times, but each time I always end up spending a long time looking at stuff and finding things I never saw before. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and can come up with suggestions if you are looking for something in particular. Great for adults and kids! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. They sell live Christmas trees in the winter, though last year seemed to run out rather quickly. Again, they are pricey, but it is a fine option if you are unconcerned about that. Employees are friendly enough. You may not find anyone at the front desk or greenhouse when you first enter, but wander around long enough and you will spot somebody. I love nurseries, and when it is planting season I visit at least one most every weekend, but I never think to go here, even though it is basically across the street from my home, and that tells you everything you need to know.

Since the business was sold, however, my experiences have been consistently frustrating and disappointing under the new ownership team -- particularly with Skyler, who appears to control all major decisions. Communication Issues: * It is nearly impossible to do business without going directly through Skyler, yet he is only in the store one day a week and is slow to respond online. * I have often been told one thing by staff or other owners (that they are interested in certain items) only to have Skyler later respond with "no longer interested," even on items the store later purchased from someone else. Inconsistent & Selective Business Practices: * I brought in a full set of The Office Funko Pops, complete with verified HobbyDB values, offering to sell or trade at a fair percentage. I was told they had "no interest," only to see them buy the exact same set from another customer weeks later. * I have significant store credit from past transactions, but they have repeatedly refused to let me use it on certain in-stock items (such as Pokémon singles), even though those items are sold in-store under the Pop City name. * The offers made on items I've brought in have been far lower than expected based on past Pop City practices. Recent Incident: * After being told they were buying Funko Mystery Minis, I prepared and bagged a large collection, complete with researched values, and brought them to the store. Staff even sent photos to ownership, but I was told again to "message Skyler." * Skyler's eventual reply was abrupt and dismissive -- "not interested" and a firm refusal to consider store credit toward Pokémon cards. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile given I have never had a negative exchange with him. Why This Matters: Under the previous owner, Pop City had a reputation for fair trade values, consistent practices, and friendly service. The new management has shifted to selective, opaque, and, in my opinion, greedy business practices. Customers deserve clear communication, consistent policies, and the ability to use store credit on in-stock merchandise. Additionally, I believe their selective refusal to honor store credit on certain items raises potential legal concerns and is something that should be looked into by others to ensure compliance with fair business practices. Bottom Line: If you've done business with Pop City in the past, be aware -- this is not the same store it used to be. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend doing business here under the current management.

All of the employees engage in conversation and I love that they have the sticker pillar that we can add to each time we go in. I live within a mile of this little greenhouse that's tucked away behind a shopping center, and…read moreonly just managed to check it out. It looks quite tiny from the front, and while it is a little bigger once you get inside it's still pretty small. They have some perennials in a strip outside (I noticed coral bells, lupines, clematis, canna lilies, portulaca, and delphinium), but the majority of their plants are annuals. Inside you'll find maybe 20 or so varieties of annual flowers and some decorative grasses. I don't buy a lot of annuals so I didn't pay as much attention to them. They had a teeeeeeeny section of herbs, and then an okay selection of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and squash. Maybe 3-5 varieties of each type of vegetable. The quality was decent, but not amazing. The perennials seemed to be in the worst shape, although it really just looked like they needed a good watering. Customer service was kind of meh. I could only see two employees working. When I was ready to make my purchases I had to wait at the register for several minutes. One employee was outside, and the other was just kind of wandering around inside, but she didn't seem very concerned about checking if anyone needed help (and it wasn't clear if she actually worked there). When she finally made her way over she wasn't rude, but also not entirely friendly, either. This isn't a big deal for a business like this, but it is something to consider. They are definitely associated in some way with Quality Flowers & Plants off of 3300th S, which is about quadruple the size, at least, so I'd probably go there first. If you only need a few plants, however, this is certainly an option. Their prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere (and seem to be the same as Quality's), so if you aren't picky and just looking for the most bang for your buck they have enough options that you should be able to leave pretty pleased. I vacillated a bit on my rating, and while three stars isn't great, and I don't have any strong complaints, they definitely aren't a four star business. And really, it is pretty average, so in the end entirely appropriate.

Some of the new releases are expensive, but if you can get it on sale or take advantage of the rewards program, you can get some great deals. I also highly recommend utilizing the in-store pickup, although some staff members definitely seem to know what's going on with pickup more than others.

If you sign up for their email notices you get extra deals. Something is always on clearance, so I try and buy for the next year's season to save money as Carter's can be expensive.

My wife went there to return/exchange some pants that were the wrong size and ended up working specifically with Miranda there in the store to get that accomplished. My wife said Miranda was great pleasant to work with and very helpful with the entire return and exchange process. She also helped my wife find the right pants that fit properly. In fact, she said that the entire staff was helpful there and was very attentive to her needs the entire time she was in the store. In this day of lackluster mall patronage, it was nice to see this store step it up and take care of its customers! Five stars to Maurices (and Miranda) for great customer service!
