The cinnamon roll was on par with others I've had, maybe even slightly drier but the frosting was amazing and I still enjoyed it a lot. The rookie was quite decadent and the inside was an almost cake texture? Still quite tasty but I think both would've knocked it out of the park if they were actually hot and ooey gooey. There are definitely plenty of places for churros with chocolate around the city, but stumbling upon this one totally changed my perspective on dark chocolate. I used to be a white chocolate gal, but now I've come to realize that dark chocolate can be so decadent -- slightly bitter with the perfect amount of sweetness. Honestly, it was rich, smooth, and totally drinkable. The churros were nicely fried -- crispy on the outside, soft on the inside -- and paired perfectly with that delicious dark chocolate.
