She did everything she could to apologize and make the situation right, despite the issues with the kitchen and the misleading wording on the menu. My $30 steak was cooked incorrectly twice. There were also other steaks at our table that were not prepared as ordered, although those guests were willing to settle for what they received. When you're paying that much for a steak, it should be cooked exactly as requested. When my steak was finally corrected, my sides were ice cold, and they were not replaced. By that point, our party of six had finished eating and was ready to leave. Unfortunately, there were several other issues throughout the meal as well, including drinks and other food items that were not up to par. What was most disappointing was that the manager never came by our table to check on our experience, even though things were clearly going wrong. It left me wondering whether the manager was on the cook line dealing with the steaks and simply didn't have time for table visits. I appreciate Ashlyn's effort and professionalism, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not one we would want to repeat. We won't be back.

Now the next day August 14 my manager lexi asked me to ask my cousin to take it down, I did but than the retaliation started she sent a new schedule out on the 14th with me going from on 5 off 2 too off 5 on 2. It was than I asked why my hours was cut. The excuse bout me being pregnant that's a good one. But im just now about to be 5 months I have plenty of time and doctor say I can lift 50 lb so what's my pressure? I see food service not big boy work? I'm a single mother desperate need of work but retaliation is what I get. So I let this week role knowing how it's played out. I know retaliation when I see it. So finally this morning my cousin takes the review down I messaged my manager to let her know not even 30 minutes later she's letting me know im being let go. That there's no room for me excuses cause im pregnant. Excuses, excuses of course to save theirs selves these dates and time show you how it's retaliation this is very poor service to customers and employees. And if the manager seen no wrong in the receipt why would you fire the waitress who served us and hire her back the next day?? All these poor reviews all seem accurate from someone on the inside there's is roaches crawling around and it wouldn't surprise my if your eating spoiled food they tend to leave it out all night. I recommend this business too be shut down!!!
