After the food was brought to our table, no one came back to check on us. There was no follow-up for side dishes, additional orders, clearing plates, or asking if everything was okay. The dining area seemed understaffed, and table service was almost nonexistent. Because of that, I decided not to leave a tip. In Mexico, tipping is voluntary and should reflect the service received. When I paid without leaving a tip, the person in charge questioned me about it persistently in a rude and uncomfortable way. Other customers nearby noticed, and my friend was also confused by the situation. When I asked for a receipt, I did not receive a polite explanation and was simply told to check the QR code myself.
