Just left the store -- it's 6/25, around 2:10 PM. I walked in with my cute Tory Sport bag just to browse and see what's new. But every time I picked something up or even looked at an item, the same sales associate followed me around the entire store, making a full loop. At no point did I feel like I could shop freely -- I was being watched the entire time. I get that it's slow season, but come on... let people take their time and actually enjoy the space. I have been a loyal customer of Tory Burch for years, but this incident has left me questioning my future patronage. I visited your store to exchange a pair of flats that my father had gifted me. The shoes were too small, and I had the receipt, but I accidentally left it in my car after reviewing it before heading to the store. Upon arrival, I realized the receipt was still in my car. An associate named Grace informed me that the receipt was not needed and that I could proceed with the exchange. After trying on larger sizes, the shoes still felt uncomfortable due to the tight fit in the front. I then tried on a different pair, which was the same price as the shoes I was returning. However, after checking the price, Grace returned and told me that I would need to pay an additional $50 for the exchange. When I inquired about the reason, she explained that although the shoes were marked at the same price on the shelf, the reason for the additional charge was because my dad had bought them at a lower price when they were on sale. This "so-called high end company RUINED my daughter's Christmas. I placed an order on Sunday before the cut-off time so my daughter could get the gift she's been waiting for ALL year!! On vacation in Miami 7-27-22,when I stopped in Aventura Mall at the Tory Burch store. I was very excited to go into a store since most of my Tory Burch purchases have been online. Let me just say...I love Tory Burch! Disappointed in the store there. A store clerk in Muslim attire followed me so close at one point I damn near stepped on her. I really hate that I have to be followed so closely in a store! It's a boutique store and small...you can see all over the store from one spot. However, I trusted that if you're selling $378 shoes, then it would be of good quality. Originally, my issue was not even with the quality, it was with the sizing. On 03/21/2022, I purchased the Jessa loafer pump from store #123864 from sales associate Belen (who was very nice) to celebrate a great job offer that I accepted. I wanted a nice shoe for the office. I first tried the shoe on in an 8.5, my normal size, but it was too big, so I went down to an 8. The shoe fit much better, but I experienced a little tightness in my pinky toes. The associate assured me that the shoe would stretch and I loved the look of the shoe, so I proceeded with the purchase. I walked around the house a little bit to stretch the shoe, but did not wear it outside of the house until 03/29/2022. I could not make it in the shoe for four hours. My feet were in so much pain that I was walking in my office in my dress socks. After work, I decided that I needed to return the shoe. Yesterday, 03/29/2022, I took the shoe to my local Tory Burch in Santa Monica (i purchased the shoe in the Miami Store at Aventura mall), and it was brought to my attention that although the shoe was being returned within the proper window of return, the shoe could not be accepted due to the quality of the sole of the shoe. I explained that I had only worn the shoe one time and I couldn't do anything with it because it hurt so badly. After looking at the bottom of the shoe myself, you would think that I had worn the shoes for 2 months. The sole of the shoe is of absolute terrible quality. It's the cheapest $400 shoes I have ever purchased. I wasted $404 trying to support this company for the first time and it will certainly be the last time. I called a customer care number that I was given where the lady Megan (who was also really nice) was willing to refund the money, but because I purchased the shoes from a store and not online, I was unable to have money returned to the original form of payment, but was given the option of a gift card. I am so highly upset. I just want my money so I can purchase an item that I can actually use. I Went to the outlet stores in Sawgrass had to get my wife a birthday gift and my wife loves Tory Burch so I went to the Tory Burch outlet store. I didn't have a clue of what to get my wife for a gift and I was greeted by Gigi the stores sales person and she was the one that helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife !!! Gigi was nice and very professional and worked very hard for me to get the perfect gift for my wife. My wife LOVED her gift which was a beautiful purse. It brought tears to her eyes when she saw her gift and said that's the one she wanted!!!!! How did Gigi know what gift she wanted and till this day I'm still shocked !!! The worst refund policy!!! I will buy tory from nordstrom or zaks but definitely not directly from Tory Burch! My husband bought me a bag for our anniversary. I would have preferred the smaller/Meduim sized bag since I already have a large one. They will only do a credit or an even exchange. I was going to get the smaller one but wanted the rest of the money back considering I had not used the bag and was still purchasing a bag from them. They said this would be an exception since it had been over 30 days (35 days since the purchase) and I must do an even exchange. read more

Top level service, some confusion (not anyone's fault) but the way the team worked to resolve the issue just blew my mind in a positive way. Gabby made sure that we were informed of the issue as soon as we walked in and offered multiple solutions. The entire team scrambled including the store manager Mr. Vega. Being in retail myself, I was AMAZED by their efforts and the manner in which it was handled. At the end, it was a simple thing that they resolved and made a customer for life.
