Lovely store with helpful staff. Went in to try a specific shoes on in two a specific materials and colors. While they did not have one of the two items I was looking for they did go out of their way to try to help me figure out the sizing I was after and leather vs suede. They did not try to sell me on a different style or different color way that I clearly was not looking for which I appreciated immensely. I am not a big TB shopper so the information was very helpful especially as they were aware up front that I would not be purchasing in store or even from TB online - the items I went in for were on sale on ShopBop but not at Tory Burch, so there was no chance of a commission for them. As someone who did the rounds of retail both low end and luxury, I like to be upfront about this. That's good customer service and goes a long way with me personally. I was passing through town, on my way to a funeral. I happened upon the Outlet in search of a TB Miller in silver. They didn't have what I needed but suggested the store. I called & Michael was a HUGE help. He searched & found the color/size I needed. I drove the 10 mins over to the store location. There were 3 Employee's at the front due to it being roped off. TB is a smaller store & can only fit so many due to Covid. They greeted me & I told them I had shoes on hold. The process was pretty quick. Customer Service was awesome! I was in jeans, a tee & no makeup. I'm 45 and was looking rough. The Employee's were still great. Walk in like you own the place, Ladies! read more

Reading previous reviews I can say that prior to this year when I've walked in their store I could feel the judging and condescending tones in the atmosphere. However, my boyfriend and I went to their temp location this past summer as he was buying me a pair of tan Miller's for my birthday and recently I went back to trade in a pair I had bought online on Black Friday for a new pair and ended up getting the Monroes. I am tall and therefore my feet are not the tinniest in the world and originally thought they would not look great on my feet. I was wrong and boy are they so much more comfortable than the Millers. I loveee the way the Millers look though. The shoes are both great and I'm so in love with them and will continue to but more when they ware because I live in Florida and hate wearing real shoes. Both times I've been there recently the staff was nice to me. The first time I didn't have any makeup on and had a summer dress on that could probably use an accessory or two but I was in an "idgaf" how I look mood. This last time I had gone straight from work and recently engaged and the sales lady was very helpful, pleasant and congratulated me. I probably tried on 3 different sandals and at no point did she seem exhausted by me. Earlier we had bought the first pair from their temp location in millenia because the main store was getting a make over. I got lost going back the second time but when I walked in I was so impressed with the new look! Gold shelves and mirror walls everywhere when you first walk in. I like that there's 2 or 3 semi private sections partitioning bags from clothes to shoes. read more

All Tory all the time! This a boutique with all of Tory's new items...and sometimes there is a little sale area in the back. It's a fun boutique to go into but also if you are visiting this store you probably also know that it's not cheap. The girls are very nice and when you got the boutique you will probably pick up colors/items that they don't carry at Bloomingdales/Nordstrom/Neimans. read more

I came in after a massage to quickly buy a pair of Millers. I was dressed down, with no makeup on. I wasn't acknowledged at all, until finally one young lady came over to help. While waiting for her to grab the sandals from the back I made eye contact with one of the other ladies working there and smiled, only to have her quickly look away. This isn't the first time I've been in there and noticed that the salespeople are extremely uppity. On another occasion they were all fawning over one customer and never acknowledged my friend and me, nor anyone else who walked in. They act as though they own the business and are too good to help customers, rather than simply work there for what's probably barely more than minimum wage. Based on this treatment, I don't plan to purchase any more Tory Burch items. read more

I would give five stars for my visit a week or two before Christmas because the girl that helped us with a return was so sweet and awesome, I wish I could remember her name to give her some kudos but our last visit left me disappointed and was one star worthy but I'll give two since our previous one was great. When my girlfriend and I made our return, she saw a clutch that she loved but I had already finished shopping for her for Christmas and told her it would have to wait. A couple of weeks later, she had a really bad day so I took her to Millenia specifically to get her this clutch from Tory. We were clad in Lululemon workout gear and were not acknowledged in the store at all by any of the several sales ladies. It made me feel like they didn't think we were worth their time bc they thought we wouldn't buy anything... After awkwardly holding the clutch I was ready to pay for, I had to flag down one of the ladies to pay. She was nice enough but hadn't given us the time of day as we browsed for ten minutes prior to our interaction. Overall, I really think they should treat customers well and acknowledge them even if they're wearing workout clothes or whatever else. Very disappointed in our experience and when I'm shelling out four hundred bucks, it should make me feel warm and fuzzy. read more

Amazing experience! I called this store a week in advance to make sure they had the shoe/size that I needed and they were Most helpful! Today (while on vacation) I went into the store and was treated to my best Tory Burch experience yet, the ladies greeted me with smiles, hors dourves, and beverages. Wow.......I live in NY.....I ordered a pair of slides from the CT and got the wrong color...boohoo. I searched online to different TB and lucked into what I wanted in Orlando.....the young lady on 6/20/19 ordered the shoes for me from Vegas.....they were busy but she promised to call me back and she did.....I did not get a tracking number that it was shipped yesterday but when I called back the next day and got Christina.....she explained why I did not get it the previous evening. Sunday 07/01/18 12pm- I walked in with a VS bag and other purchases there were only 2 employees just standing there they did not but I mean DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGED ME !! I was the only one in the store and the only thing the lady said to me was "oh is VS still having a sale ?" HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!! I wanted to let you know you have lost a customer because of your staff at millennia mall in orlando fl. The customer service there is horrendous. I am in the customer service business (own a business) and it is not an isolated incident. I bought my girlfriend a purse for her birthday which was 3/26/15 (i actually was buying a Louis Vuitton, but she felt she rather get a purse, wallet, sandals, work shoes for the same amount I spent on a purse at LV). it was for her so I didnt care. Within 3 months the straps ripped (your York bag). The staff didnt want to replace the straps, so I went to a person that fixes leather that (LV recommends in Florida mall). They fixed it, but in 2 months they ripped again. Went back to mall...no help. Reached out to you guys and I was told it was up to the stores discretion to replace the straps. They finally did. About 3 months ago the loops that hold the straps started to rip. I dont usually go to the mall, but finally did about 4 weeks ago and a guy sent to for repair. He called me friday telling me it didnt get fixed and there is nothing they can do (sometimes when they send it out they fix them and sometimes they dont). I asked him what am I supposed to do? He said, condescending "maybe its time for a new bag". Are you kidding me? I asked for a manager and a lady got on the phone and I told her what happened and added are you fucking kidding me? Yes, I cursed. I was mad. She said ok Im going to hang up and Ill call you later when you calm down. Really???? Thats your customer service. Just got me more mad. She called back, and I told her what happened and how were there a year ago about the straps and she said..."oh,I remember you". And, there was no help after that. Its out of our year warranty to fix for free. So, do you want me to ship it back to you or you want to pick it up???? Just FYI I didnt ask for it to be done for free....I would have paid for it to be fixed, but she didnt even give me the option. My girlfriend said dont EVER buy anything from you guys again. Funny, I was going to buy some silver purse there from her son for xmas and the miller sandals brownish color for Day since she wanted them and since she has the tan, blue, and black ones already. But, I am going to David Yurman today to buy the matching earrings for a ring I got her last year instead. read more

Love the place. Great addition to the Mall at Millennia. They have a great selection of pieces and the ladies are knowledgable of product and very friendly. The store is a little small so when busy it can be overwhelming. Overall, great store! read more
