If you are a fan of Old Navy, this is a decent location. It is located in the Waterford Lakes Town Centre on the east side of Orlando and is conveniently located on Alafaya Trail. If you are unsure where it is, the Waterford Lakes Town Centre is, as I mentioned, on Alafaya Trail by the 408 entrance, just south of East Colonial Drive. The store is a good size and while the customer service is lacking somewhat, it is nice to winder the aisles and see what you need. This Old Navy has been located in the Waterford Lakes Town Centre forever, possibly longer than the twenty years that I have lived here. Longevity does mean something, especially in a mall where the rent is high. I am not here often, I am probably only here as the holiday of Christmas edges closer. But I am glad that it is here. I am going to ultimately give it four stsrs.

This section needs some serious help!

Ran in here to get some fall stuff for myself and the baby. I love how they had the clearance Halloween stuff out in the front so that you could see it and grab what you need. They had wonderful sales with onesies and T-shirts for a kids for Halloween. Of course I stocked up for next year! Majority of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I had a return for some family pajamas that I purchased online and wanted to switch out for different sizes. Unfortunately, the girl that was checking me out was not very friendly or helpful. I could not find my receipt and one of my items that I paid $10 for it, she was trying to give me $1.97. Of course I took it back and search for the order through my email and found it before I left the store. She was not very kind and did not seem like she really wanted to be there. Checking out with a different experience, I believe the young gentleman that checked me out was Cameron. Not only was he very helpful to me, he even applied a discount that was only available online to the purchase that he made online for me. I love the baby section and that they have such cute items! You can always find some thing here when you were in a rush and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I also love that you can use super cash on anything in the store!

I love coming here when they have awesome specials and the latest was for the 50% Jeans one about a week ago. The special was great, but the shopping experience wasn't. I'm a new mom and this was my first time coming here with my daughter in her stroller and it was not "mommy-friendly." Trying to push a stroller through the women's section was almost impossible. I don't have a big stroller and it's only for one child, but I got stuck almost everywhere clothes were. Unless I was walking in the middle of the store outside of the actual clothes section (kind of looking from the outside in) I wasn't able to have a smooth stroller ride for my daughter. The clothing area was so tight with tables and fixtures which made maneuvering through it horrible. I just wish it was easier and more accessible for a mom like myself to enjoy shopping here without it being inconvenient and feeling like I'm in an obstacle course. If Stroller can't go through the women's section I can't imagine a wheelchair would either. Let's get it together Old Navy!

I went in today and was honestly just browsing. I'm one of those that can't put an outfit together…read moreso I've learned to take the salespersons advice from time to time. I was greeted by Kayla who was very nice but you could tell that she was very new. She wasn't pushy at all, told me about their sales and then continued to help some friends that had come in. I ended up asking Sara (come to find out later, she's the store manage) about a shirt in a different size and then she pointed me in a new direction when my size wasn't available. Loved her suggestion but after trying it on, it wasn't for me. Then she switched it up again and that's when i tried on a bunch of stuff that honestly, i would have never grabbed. I loved almost everything. I left with a bag full of stuff, a special order and a great price! I feel like I even left with a new friend! She was so incredibly friendly but still professional, she made me feel comfortable and took very good care of me. I'm also writing this review so I can remember her name and ask for her next time i go in. I hope she sticks around!! Buckle is very lucky to have such a great person leading their store. After working in Hospitality for 15 years, employees like that are hard time find. *my only negative vibe was when the talked clearly and cheered loudly on the floor about sales goals. I completely understand that they are all in sales and I'm sure they have daily goals but i didn't think it was professional to announce so publicly while on the floor.

Ryan showed me the jeans that were on sale and Eva went out of her way to pick out a couple shirts she thought I might like based on what I had grabbed before going into the fitting room. I left with 4 gorgeous and unique looking shirts that I'm very happy with. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it is very expensive, at least for me. As for the people commenting about the sales associates being pushy....that is their job. Retail workers often have daily sales goals to meet and are told to actively engage with customers and SELL SELL SELL additional products. I have worked retail before and I know what happens when you "don't make your numbers" for the day. It isn't that hard to say "no thank you" a few times while you shop. Just some food for thought

This location in particular is always usually fully stocked and can find great items. It's kinda like treasure hunting; you never know what good deals you'll find! Every now and then you'll see high quality skin care here, and that's usually what I'm fishing for. I remember one time I found Pedicone MD plasma + face and neck cream and I bought all 3 containers on the shelf. At Ulta and online it costs around 65 bucks for 1 container and Tj had it for 16.99 each so when you do the math, those 3 containers still didn't even amount to the price of one elsewhere. I walked out of there feeling like I had won the lottery that day. On another visit I got on the clearance shelf (yes it was unopen) Drunk Elephants' SPF 30 cream, do a google search and see how much it is... who pays almost 50 bucks for an SPF 30?? I paid 9.99. I get a lot of cooking stuff here too, sometimes you'll find cooking spices real cheap or just stuff for the kitchen. Overall, coming here is a good time if you like bargains; enjoy!
