Ok, Old Navy has been on it lately, and I've been loving their latest designs, especially in the jeans department. I recently got a pair of embroidered flare jeans and I'ver seriously never gotten so many compliments. Everyone is always shocked when I tell them they're from Old Navy. I recently visited the Waterford location to shop the Devil Wears Prada 2 collection, and luckily they still had most items in stock. I'm going to see the movie with friends and we're all dressing up to the theme. I got the groundbreaking florals for spring tee -- so fun (IYKYK)! The cerulean sweater was also so cute, and my friend ended up getting it. I've already been shopping here for many of my son's toddler outfits, but I've really enjoyed shopping for myself recently as well. I also really like their athletic wear and got a cute girly workout skirt. I will say that their new release items are priced a bit high in my opinion, but their stuff tends to go on sale pretty quickly and I try to only shop the sales for the best deals. You can sometimes find better deals online than in store, and things ship pretty quickly. read more

I like old navy in general because it offers a good variety of casual everyday wear with good prices. I buy there my daughter's clothes mostly, for school and around holidays time. For myself I like their sports wear, I love that the texture of the clothing is so soft, the adult sportswear in specific and everyday cotton shirts. I just love how they feel, the texture. This location in Waterford lakes is pretty good, I feel I can find what I'm looking for most of the times, and their sales selection is always updated and you can find good deals year around. The only thing that I may have an objection about is that sometimes to check out it takes a long time, not all the time but often enough that's a pattern, the lines takes long, I know is normal in retail to try to upsell the store offers, credit cards reward program, etc, but sometimes even when there are only a few people in line it takes a long time to check out. If you are a fan of Old Navy, this is a decent location. It is located in the Waterford Lakes Town Centre on the east side of Orlando and is conveniently located on Alafaya Trail. If you are unsure where it is, the Waterford Lakes Town Centre is, as I mentioned, on Alafaya Trail by the 408 entrance, just south of East Colonial Drive. The store is a good size and while the customer service is lacking somewhat, it is nice to winder the aisles and see what you need. This Old Navy has been located in the Waterford Lakes Town Centre forever, possibly longer than the twenty years that I have lived here. Longevity does mean something, especially in a mall where the rent is high. I am not here often, I am probably only here as the holiday of Christmas edges closer. But I am glad that it is here. Ran in here to get some fall stuff for myself and the baby. I love how they had the clearance Halloween stuff out in the front so that you could see it and grab what you need. They had wonderful sales with onesies and T-shirts for a kids for Halloween. Of course I stocked up for next year! Majority of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I had a return for some family pajamas that I purchased online and wanted to switch out for different sizes. Unfortunately, the girl that was checking me out was not very friendly or helpful. I could not find my receipt and one of my items that I paid $10 for it, she was trying to give me $1.97. Of course I took it back and search for the order through my email and found it before I left the store. She was not very kind and did not seem like she really wanted to be there. Checking out with a different experience, I believe the young gentleman that checked me out was Cameron. Not only was he very helpful to me, he even applied a discount that was only available online to the purchase that he made online for me. I love the baby section and that they have such cute items! You can always find some thing here when you were in a rush and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I also love that you can use super cash on anything in the store! read more

This is the first time in all my years going to Old Navy on Black Friday...INCREDIBLE checkout. Starting from the beginning...the store was so organized. The staff were easy to find-wearing pajamas and some with reindeer headbands. We weren't even inside for an hour. For it being before 11am, things were still folded and neat. Now, for the main event...the line was SO quick. They had the regular line and then a little table set up by the door. There was a woman standing in between both in view of the line, calling customers to go to the table checkout. The cashiers (the staff overall) should be recognized. It was great. read more

I love coming here when they have awesome specials and the latest was for the 50% Jeans one about a week ago. The special was great, but the shopping experience wasn't. I'm a new mom and this was my first time coming here with my daughter in her stroller and it was not "mommy-friendly." Trying to push a stroller through the women's section was almost impossible. I don't have a big stroller and it's only for one child, but I got stuck almost everywhere clothes were. Unless I was walking in the middle of the store outside of the actual clothes section (kind of looking from the outside in) I wasn't able to have a smooth stroller ride for my daughter. The clothing area was so tight with tables and fixtures which made maneuvering through it horrible. I just wish it was easier and more accessible for a mom like myself to enjoy shopping here without it being inconvenient and feeling like I'm in an obstacle course. If Stroller can't go through the women's section I can't imagine a wheelchair would either. Let's get it together Old Navy! read more

I have been in this Old Navy many times before, so it's time for a review. Old Navy has never failed me when I need it. The store is well lit and employees are constantly organizing, trying to keep the store tidy. I am always greeted upon entering and offered a bag for my presumed purchases. If I don't see my size they always check, if it's available at another store, they offer to call & hold or order to ship to my home. The clothing, is bright and fashionable, affordable and accesible. Fitting rooms, can get a bit crazy during busy times but I have learned that some things I have to try on, like some shirts and rompers. I love the jeans, the rockstars are my favorites. They fit wonderfully and the high waist ones fit great. Although, the check out lines can get long, they tend to move at a steady pace. read more

A large, clean version of this chain store, this one is easy to shop and find good deals. I'm a big fan of this chain, especially their soft work out tanks and tees. Also - if you shop clearance and look for plain color cotton tees, they make great 'blanks' for cricut projects! Super cozy. One of the major downsides of this location is the parking lot. It's a problem for the shopping area as a whole, so it's not the store's fault, but it does make for a process to get in and out of the store though. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have lots of merch, so it's easy to find something you'll want! They have great sales so be sure to check out the clearance section for some good finds. Overall: A Solid location with good merch, clean and easy shopping, and friendly staff. The only downer is the parking lot. read more

A friend of mine works for a different Old Navy store and he's always raving about the quality of the clothes (jeans specifically), simplicity of every-day clothes and the awesome sales. I have visited this store about two-three times now and I am starting to understand why people like this store. My wife and I came here right after Christmas to kill some time before our movie started. They had some awesome deals and a lot of things on clearance. We had just come from Kohl's and spent what we thought was way too much on clothes for our 18mo daughter. We ended up getting clothes for her and some clothes for both of us at less than what we had just spent at Kohl's! As soon as our movie was over, we went right back over to Kohl's and returned all that we bought. Also, I highly recommend the Old Navy Navyist Visa Card. One of the best locations I have been to in the area. It looks brand new as the storefront is different from the other locations in Orlando that I have been to. The set up is a little different also. The inside is not as open and spacious as other locations but, on the plus side, every inch of the store is jam packed with merchandise. Maneuvering around racks can get a bit tight. And then if you have a stroller, good luck! The selection of merchandise, and especially sizes, was impressive. I would come back. The main downside is location. Traffic to get to this shopping center is not easy...I would probably come on a weekday to avoid the weekend madness and crowds. read more

It seems this Old Navy store was renovated sometime in the past year or so, and that resulted in the store shrinking quite a bit. I guess this was so they could squeeze in the Banana Republic next door, but the new layout seems a bit too tight for me. I don't shop here often (really, just a couple times a year), but it is a good place to pick up the basics. I usually visit when I am doing my back to school shopping. I went in yesterday to pick up clothes for my daughter. There was a good selection at decent prices, so I was able to get everything I needed. They had a good deal on tank tops so I stocked up on those. Overall, I'm not a fan of the new store layout. I'm not a big Old Navy shopper, but if I was I would probably go to the store at Colonial and Bumby instead (unless that one's been remodeled too, and then I would just quit Old Navy). read more

I'm all about laid-back, comfortable and affordable clothing. I'm a teacher, so when I want clothes that I can live in easily. Old Navy is one of the first places that I head to when I'm looking for new work clothes. During the summer, I visit old Navy A LOT to stock up on their super comfy and cute tank tops (I live in these things). Old Navy has fabulous sales! I rarely pay full price for anything because every time I go SOMETHING is on sale. This weekend I went in and got a pair of adorable flats, a pair of jeans, a bracelet, and necklace for about 40 bucks. They have a new line of jeans called "The Flirt" and they are honestly the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn. In my opinion, Old Navy has some of the best quality clothing that you can get for the price. Yes, you can get clothes at other places for less (i.e. Ross) - but what about the quality of what you're buying? Are the seams on your new $10 shirt going to dissintegrate when you wash it? You don't have to worry with Old Navy's clothing... they are made well and will last if you take care of them. Old Navy is a must! read more

I'm a huge fan of Old Navy. The clothes are rather inexpensive and there's always a good selection. Even their online store is great. However, this location only gets three stars. Unless it's a new item and NOT on sale, they rarely keep enough stock. I find myself having to visit other ON stores to find what I want in my size. It sucks. The staff, however, is very friendly and greet me as I'm walking in the door. I vote that this ON gets a facelift as other ONs have. For such a big Old Navy they don't really have much of a selection. I went with my "mom& dad" Alan and Colleen and we couldn't find him a pair of black cargo shorts in the the entire store. The bathing suits I saw were pretty cute though but a bit pricey for each piece. read more

Old navy is great for the frugal shopper, but remember that you get what you pay for. They have excellent comfort clothes and the sizes run large, so with the exception of their jeans I would buy one size smaller than your regular size. This was my first time back at an Old Navy in years, they are the perfect store for tanks and tees. I have worn Old Navy jeans and dresses in the past, but I simply prefer to spend more on my denim and dresses for a better quality product. read more

The cleanest ON I've been to. Every other location always looks like a bomb went off: clothes everywhere. This location actually looks like the employees consistently clean and refold clothes, keeping them in the right spots for am easier shopping experience. The employees are friendly and helpful. My only grief with this location is that it seems like every other time I shop here, I have to come back because at least one article of clothing gets the security tag missed. In their defense, I come in and buy a decently large quantity of clothes, but being a little more thorough would be nice. I don't like having to drive back after I get home. read more

It's Old Navy: Cute, trendy clothes at reasonable prices. Need a quick sundress? They have it. Cheap swimwear? Good to go. I usually like Old Navy; the quality of the clothes is commensurate with the prices and I've gotten compliments on the little odds and ends I've picked up. Some of their costume jewelry is quite fun and, when on clearance, an amazing value. My only reason for not giving this Old Navy more stars is that 1 - it is in Waterford Lakes. BLECH. Parking is a mess and traffic a nightmare, particularly at this juncture in the plaza. 2 - the women's clearance section is practically non-existant due to the random dressing rooms in the center of the store. I'll admit that before yesterday I had never shopped at an old navy store before. That being said, my first experience was fantastic. I decided to come here based on an advertisement I heard on the radio for a father's day special with lots of discounts throughout the store. Upon arrival I noticed just how busy the store was. Lots of shoppers everywhere! Typically this leads to all the racks and tables of clothes being a jumbled at other stores, but I was pleasantly surprised to see several employees on the task of keeping everything orderly. The store had 8 fitting rooms with an attendant present keeping everything orderly. With how busy it was there was a small wait to try things on, but this was expected. Checkout was as quick as expected considering how crowded the store was... They had 5 cashiers available out of a possible 6. Pricing was very reasonable with the specials taken into account. Overall I was happy with my first experience at old navy. The store was being run well and I liked the styling of the clothes. read more
