They did not try to sell me on a different style or different color way that I clearly was not looking for which I appreciated immensely. I am not a big TB shopper so the information was very helpful especially as they were aware up front that I would not be purchasing in store or even from TB online - the items I went in for were on sale on ShopBop but not at Tory Burch, so there was no chance of a commission for them. As someone who did the rounds of retail both low end and luxury, I like to be upfront about this. That's good customer service and goes a long way with me personally. I will be back to shop at this location in future with this experience in mind.

I called & Michael was a HUGE help. He searched & found the color/size I needed. I drove the 10 mins over to the store location. There were 3 Employee's at the front due to it being roped off. TB is a smaller store & can only fit so many due to Covid. They greeted me & I told them I had shoes on hold. The process was pretty quick. Customer Service was awesome! I was in jeans, a tee & no makeup. I'm 45 and was looking rough. The Employee's were still great. Walk in like you own the place, Ladies!

The store itself is clean and the sections are clearly marked and organized. I didn't interact with any staff members the few times I've been - they are mostly located at the register bays. I like looking through here and seeing what all is hot and in the moment, but haven't had anything I needed to buy. They do have some sale sections mixed throughout the store; based on sections and merch in that area. Overall: A Parred down version of the chain, but still a good shopping experience.

From a man's perspective, the Men's department was kind of small and maybe 1/7 of the store at best. I didn't get the sq ft for the building but it could definitely use some improvement there. But I get it with catering to their clientele. If anything, this would be a convenient pickup area for picking up things (or returning) ordered online. I found one brand of pants that fits me well and so far, I have only found them at Macy's, so I'll continue to keep buying them here. She also only double checked the number of items on hispanic individuals as if she didn't trust them. I watched white people walk up and she even let them grab their own number for number of items in a fitting room, and then two hispanic individuals come up (at different times) and she stopped them both to recount their items even though they stated the number aloud. She also got upset with me for looking at my boyfriend's clothes after he put them on and came outside the dressing room, telling me I can't do that. I wasn't in the dressing room or even near it, and I think it's normal to check out what your partner is wearing? She also gave unwarranted advice on the clothes as well, as we weren't talking to her but she made sure to tell my boyfriend the shirt was "too see through" and when my brother in law didn't acknowledge her, she made sure to repeat herself and point, as if berating us for having him even try it on. She needs to mind her business and not racially profile. It's 2026.

They had a good sale going on as well--all men's and junior's hooded fleece sweatshirts were buy one get the second one half off. And if you appreciate the popular and pricey footwear line, Uggs, they offer a generic version for only $39.99. As I mentioned, they do have a kids section unlike most stores that carry the same type of merchandise. The purses I picked up were cute and about $40. The jewelry was also nice and seemed to be pieces you could wear on a daily basis. Of course they had graphic tees and jeans too which make it a place for necessities as well as luxuries. And as the sign so clearly states in the back, "If it's not here, it's not happening." So maybe that helps give you an idea of what to expect from this flashy, trendy, and fairly practical store.

When I transferred to a new position within my company, I took one look at my wardrobe and immediately felt trepidation. My closet lacked a variety of professional "office-type" clothing, and I realized I needed to do some shopping for my new career. With coupons in hand, I headed to this all women's Express store within the Oviedo mall to rummage the racks for blouses and work pants. I have always found shopping for work clothes very stressful, especially when you are new employee and your goal is to make a good impression. This little jewel of a place alleviated the stress with its rows of gorgeous clothing (that actually had the size I needed), and excellent employees that went above and beyond (one came up with a strategy combining my coupons with sales, even ringing them up in separate transactions to save me money!). I'm incredibly picky with what I wear in my professional life, and it speaks volumes that I walked out with bags of beautiful new clothing to wear that were just right for the office! It was also a timesaver to be shopping in a woman-only themed store, which eliminates the need to locate the women's section like in other stores. Additionally, I love that this is located in a mall that is smaller and friendlier as opposed to other Florida malls. On this day, the friendly woman at the front was making sure there weren't too many people in the store and once inside, the staff was helpful in helping us find things we were looking for. They had some pretty cool face masks (think leather look and zippers and general ribaldry) and a lot of rock band T-Shirts. They have body jewelry and stockings and general goth-y and punkadellic wearables that would send Jim Lithgow running towards the defibrillator. If this type of attire is your cup of clove tea, then head to this Hot Topic were the staff is as friendly as they are freaky. Don't be afraid!

I don't often visit this mall, so I believe this was my first time at this particular Hot Topic…read more It's just like any other Hot Topic I've been in but seemed a bit bigger which was nice for allowing social distancing. The staff was around and seemed friendly to the other customers although I didn't need to ask for any help from them. As others have stated, most of the items are over priced but it's a convenient place to find fun band tees and body jewelry.
