We have an oversized Phantom Screen which had come out of the track. I called Adrian and within a couple of days he arranged for his tech Jacob to come and take a look . Jacob was great! Friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing. He fixed our screen issue and serviced every part of the assembly. Adrian had laid out the possibilities and prices. We ordered window treatments for several large windows and 4 patio doors about 4 - 5 years ago. They advertised lifetime warranty. One of the shades in the dining area began to fray at one edge. I called to report, and a tech came out. His solution was to burn off the frayed fabric with a lighter. He said if it happens again (which of course it did) to call and he would come out and check the roller. When I called, the receptionist who answered said I would be charged to send someone out. I asked for a supervisor. Jessica called me back and said this issue wasn't covered by the warranty. Total Blinds made a substantial profit from my order. Jessica said perhaps we were using that shade more than the one next to it. That wasn't the case. Even if that were true, the fraying shouldn't have happen ed if the shade was a quality product. Total Blinds and Jessica were a big disappointment! Don't waste your money if you want quality and a company who actually honors a lifetime warranty as advertised! read more

I am over the moon pleased with the outcome of the tint they did on my very large and very custom window at my home. Adrian is a great salesman that gave me a great deal. He was able to work around my very busy schedule. He came out to my house and gave me all the science metrics I needed to settle on tinting this window over shades or curtains. I was concerned that the tint would ruin the view, but the tint they suggested is perfect. I can already tell it has decreased the heat in the room and I don't feel blinded when I walk in the room in the morning. The install crew was GREAT! Kept things clean and tidy. I have a roller shade that was at one time covered under a lifetime warranty. Now, all of the sudden, it's not covered any longer. How does that happen? I guess their definition of lifetime is 1 year. They claim that certain aspects of the material are prone to deterioration, but how do they know what's happening when they didn't have the decency to investigate the matter? I tried to explain my side but they chose to ignore me. Amanda took two weeks to get back with me in the first place (after several calls and no return calls), and Jessica another week to send me an email after I questioned it (after several calls). I will report them to Costco who I purchased it through, but I have no other recourse. Oh, they are more than willing to help me...As long as I pay. Once they have your money, it's over. We needed to have our upstairs windows tinted to beat the heat and minimize the wear on our new carpet (the sun had did a number on our old carpet). I'd love to be able to review this company based on the actual product, but I can't seem to get to anyone to respond so I can. First, Costco said I would receive a call from a scheduler. I waited and that happened in the time frame they told me about. I got a VM from Allison. I have returned that call 3 times now over the course of the week. No call back. So, I investigated what company would be supposedly doing the work and found out it was Total Blinds. So, I found their website and number and called it. It does not go through. If they are suddenly out of business, my sympathy. If not, I think that doing business with them my not be worth the Costco rebate. read more

I contacted Total Blinds in June 2019 to cover 10 windows with shades to the tune of $4,000. Jessica was horrible to work with, not answering phone calls, not knowing the products, and NOT a people person. But Adrian, the salesperson was great. Unfortunately for me it took two months to get my blinds installed. First the product finally came, but some parts were missing, then it turned out they were not all the same color. So started over. In the meantime I'm living in a 95 degree house with lots of windows without coverings. Two months later, everything got installed and I was finally happy, but only because Adrian did his best. Now, in January 2020, I'm having trouble opening and closing one of the shades. A guy came immediately and tried it only twice, in the slowest most delicate manner I've ever seen. He had no problem with it and left. (I had pneumonia and didn't feel like challenging him.) I'm still having the problem. I called Jessica at the # from which she had called me weeks ago, once an hour for three hours with no response. Then I called the store. The receptionist had to ask me a zillion questions before she would even see if Jessica was there. Now I'm totally upset. Still can't get ahold of anyone who will help me. WTF? I have never known a GOOD business who ignored their customers. So, obviously, Total Blinds is not a good business. And why Jessica is still employed there, I don't know. read more

I was not sure if I would like window tenting in my home or not but when the owner come out for a free consult he really explained everything so well and was so professional I decided to give it a try. The installer was here the next day and was very professional. I was amazed with the extra care he took to keep his work area, my home, clean. Looking at them now after being installed, I love them! I found Total Blinds through Costco and couldn't be happier. They have the full line of Graber window coverings, which I've had in other homes with great success. Robin was the sales consultant that I worked with. I was able to choose the fabrics for the cellular shades right from the comfort of my own home. There were many samples to choose from but with Robins help I ended up with the perfect color and fabric. Robin also answered all my questions and did the measuring on the spot. Dean came out to install the shades about 4 weeks later. He was prompt, professional and did a great job as well.
