We were all craving something on the healthier side, but something that wasn't just a big salad. Enter: Rush Bowls! We stopped by on our maiden visit around 12:30. I was worried it'd be super busy, being smack in the middle of lunch rush, and across from some large corporate buildings, but there was only one other party in there on this day! We were greeted by a polite young man who asked if we had ever been before, and after telling him we had not, he gave us a (very) brief overview of how things work. We shopped the nice, bright menu monitors to the right of the dining/ordering area, and picked our bowls. We ordered, and waited about ten minutes for our food. I was a little surprised how long it took for a relatively simple dish, but, there was only one worker that day, which probably had a lot to do with it. We ate at one of the tables in the dining room, now to ourselves, as the other part had left. I had the Power bowl, and the kids had a Summit and a Choco Strawberry, so we had a nice spread of different ingredients and flavors making up the three. We all tried each others, and we agreed that my Power bowl won the day. The other two were delicious as well, and it was really easy to taste the differences in the three getting to try them back to back! Even though it's all healthy and fresh, the price did feel about a dollar or two high for what we got, especially considering they were running the place on a skeleton crew, causing a slightly long wait. Overall, the experience was positive and I am pretty sure we'll be back! Food = 4/5 Facility = 3/5 Service = 3/5 Ambiance = 3/5 Value = 2/5

We went on a Saturday morning during the Lenexa Farmers market. We were able to meet two of the owners and some of the staff and everyone was very nice and helpful. One of the owners talked us through the entire menu and explained the benefits of both the smoothies and teas. This business is associated with HerbalLife, so you see some of the advertising in the store. I really enjoyed the Hawaiian smoothie and the kids enjoyed their birthday cake smoothie. We will definitely be back.

There are never any good coupons, promotions, or discount days, but even so, I continued to support your business, spending on average $17 a visit. I kept hoping that once you were more established, you'd start showing some appreciation to your customers. But today was the last straw. My bowl wasn't even filled to the top. When I politely asked the employee for a bit more fruit, especially since there were only five blueberries in my bowl and plenty of room left, I was told that management has instructed staff to put no more than five blueberries in each bowl. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I felt like saying " I can go to Wendy's if I'm bothering you" but I ordered a black coffee and a cookie. I left her a buck and change tip and the twins just continued to stare. As I was leaving, I said " Have a nice day!" and they just looked at me... The coffee was OK, the service was reasonably quick, but that place has a black cloud for ambience. As a middle aged person, I still remember working for tips, although back in my day counter help didn't get tipped. That being said, I think I'll stick to the Mom and Pop coffee places. So I get my order and look and the one with pineapple has coconut but it doesn't have the pineapples, so I told the workers that and I told them I forgot to say no coconut which was my fault but I told them if they could add pineapple and take off the coconut. I get home and there's still coconut on it, so I have to go back up there and tell them to just give me a refund because I don't have time for them to remake it over, so the guy he gives me the refund for one of them but forgets to give me the refund for the second one so I have to sit there and wait for him to come back. So this was a terrible experience and I probably won't come back to this one.

I was hoping for the hokaido sugar milk tea, but went with the milk tea with the flan and boba which was a nice change of getting just boba added. I'll definitely be returning as it's the only boba place in walking distance.
