But I gotta say, this was just a lovely experience all around. Now, the building is kinda tucked away amidst a bunch of other businesses and the parking lot is a bit janky and cramped, but I still didn't have any issues finding the place or getting a spot to park, even at 12:30pm during lunch time. The facility itself is immediately inside the main door and is spotless and beautifully decorated in creams and pale pinks. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. There was barely a couple minutes wait till I was called in. Nurse Anna was my aesthetician. I explained I was concerned about the discomfort but even more so that I was gonna leave there looking like one of the "Real Housewives" with balloon lips. I was ADAMENT that I DID NOT want that. She LISTENED and was conservative in her approach. She and Andy (who works in the office) were so kind and made me as comfortable as possible and encouraged me throughout the entire procedure. They played music I enjoyed, which helped distract me, cuz I could hum along to it. Andy also gently tapped on my knee to help distract me as well. And it didn't really hurt THAT bad! It's not something I'd want to experience weekly lol, but definitely tolerable two or three times a year in exchange for the beautiful results Anna provided. Besides, Mom always said, "Beauty is pain, Darci. Beauty is pain." I actually got a little verklempt, cuz Anna gave me back my 17-year-old lips! They were still MY lips, just brought to life again. Subtle and perfect. The lady is an ARTISTE! I'd definitely let her stick me again! For cosmetic injections, I want a clean facility that's legit, whose staff are licensed, experienced and provide not only what you ask for but do so without the Beverly Hills snobbery.
