I showed one of the workers, and he attempted to fix them but couldn't. He told me to give the tint some time to settle and come back if the problem remained. I also texted the owner explaining what was going on. He read my message, so I gave the tint time to settle like they recommended. After waiting, the creases were still there and looked exactly the same. I then tried multiple times to contact the owner by text and phone to schedule an appointment to have the work corrected. My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up. I'll be paying another shop to fix their work. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when the owner won't even respond when there's a problem. I would not recommend this place.

There were times where the self cleaning area, where you are able to do your own vacuuming and utilize the high pressure air hose - would NOT work , it would be closed due to some issues and insufficient working vacuum and high-pressure air hose. One time, the car wash was not working at all!! Luckily, I was already in before they actually closed down the whole establishment. The employees had to wash my vehicle by hands, without all the extra amenities that was included with my car wash membership. After driving through the car wash, you would drive up to the employees, whom dries your vehicles. They do not do a complete and thorough drying of your vehicle. I'd usually drive to the side and park, so I can dry my vehicle thoroughly. BTW.. there's no phone numbers to reach anyone in the office. That used to be a thing, where you can actually speak to someone. Especially, if you have any questions or concerns.. I guess they are tired of the complaints. LMAO
