I have been a customer of Total Care Pharmacy for over 5 years now. I have to say that they are wonderful. Whenever I need refills, they are usually ready for me. They are knowledgeable about medication when I get a new prescription and want to know what it's for. I was happy to see a pharmacy that was not one of the major drugstores groups and also took our insurance. They keep you informed are prompt and easy to deal with. CVS was good in Redlands but to far. Dealing with the Walmart Pharmacy was impossible and had to many problems so we had to make a change. I can't say enough good about this pharmacy. I believe they are the fastest pharmacy in town. If you're tired of the wait time at other pharmacies, give them a try. My MD sent them a prescription within 20 min of their closing time. I didn't even need that prescription that day. I told them I could pick it up the next day. They said it would be ready before closing time even with short notice. Picking up regular medicines is a breeze also. There's never more than one other person ahead of me in line. They can't open on time, what kind of business says they open at 9am ( for example ) and aren't ready to work when the doors open. They stroll in at 9:07 and aren't actually ready to work, they still have to get s we t up for the day. 6 employees and the pharmacist. Then they walk right by and don't even acknowledge someone waiting for them. Then I ask how long it will be and I'm told 10 minutes before they get computers up and running. Maybe your staff should get here at 830 to open the pharmacy OR don't open until 930. And stay open later, so the working folk can receive their RX?! read more

I had my prescriptions transferred to Total Care Pharmacy in Beaumont last September. I am diabetic and my insulin co-pay was costing me almost $300.00 a month. I'm on social security and I work 11 hours a week. I called Total Care Pharmacy , I gave them my insurance information and they told me I would not have a co-pay for my insulin. I immediately transferred my medications to them. Everyone there is friendly and respectful. They go out of their way to help you and really give a personal touch to all their customers. This has to be one of the best pharmacys in Beaumont. I called to check on my prescription that was sent in my my doctor today and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the front of the store, I noticed signs saying all business would be done outside. As I was getting ready to get out of my car, an employee came out of the store and up to my car. I told him I was picking up and gave him my name. He quickly got my prescription and brought it to my car while I waited. All this took about 4 minutes. If you're concerned about picking up your medications and being exposed to other people, this is the place to go. We have been going to Total Care Pharmacy since we moved here about a year ago. The staff and the pharmacist, Andy, provide excellent service. When a prescription comes up for a refill, they call and text me notifying me that it is ready. They are very friendly, and they always go the extra step when it comes to insurance, refills, etc. If you take a prescription in to be filled, it is rarely more than just a few minutes for them to fill it while you wait.
