Additionally some cleaning cos expect you to provide cleaning supplies. To help you calculate pricing, both jobs took about 6-6.5 hrs to clean fully empty spaces (ranging 1650-1800sf). Levette took the time to understand the project up front and provide a final price during our conversation. She arrived promptly during both appointments and even drove from San Diego to the OC.
