My husband and I were beyond impressed by the quality of the work and the work ethic of these two young men. The work they performed for us included: cleaning the algae off our concrete tile roof, cleaning all windows, cleaned out all our gutters & downspouts around the entire house, cleaned our 26 solar panels and six skylights on our steeply pitched roof and power washed our walkways around the house. They left our property immaculate . They performed all the above work at a very reasonable price. Brandon was quick to respond upon an original request for a quote to power wash artifice grass, stained cement and a retaining wall around my condo. He was able to come out same day, even helped beyond the original request, moving my bbq and an old rug that was outdoors. He was professional and completed the job great! I saw these guys while I was on a walk one day and asked them for a quote on power washing my house and doing the windows in and out and cleaning the driveway. The quote was 700 dollars for all of it. I approved and Brandon showed up as scheduled, late but he called. He worked for hours! He kept saying his machine was broken and he kept having to stop and fix it. Needless to say he didn't finish the windows or driveway. The house outside looked good, the windows not so much. So at 7 that night I paid him the 700, I know very stupid and he flat out asked for a tip. I told him when he came back and finished I would think about it. So now we are a month down the road and he ghosted meI've tried texting with no response so I'm out 700 with a crappy job!! As a follow-up: I guess after Brandon saw the review he reached out to me and said he was sorry but he was so busy now with Christmas light installation he didn't know when he could finish my job. I needed to have my colored concrete patio pressure washed and surface cleaned prior to applying a clear sealer on it. It needed to be really clean so I didn't seal any of the old dirt and stains into it. I got prices and availability from 3 companies and Brandon, of Elite Services was the guy I wanted to do business with. He was super quick to respond to my request for a proposal, his price was fair and reasonable, and he could do the work in the next couple of days--cha-ching-- jackpot on finding him. Brandon showed up when he said he would and did a terrific job cleaning the concrete patio and worked at it until he was sure it was good enough to put his reputation on it. I had very bad experience with Brandon Manners at Elite Restoration Services. I called him on Nov.13, 2020 to book a rain gutter cleaning at my house. The appointment was set for Nov.24th at 7am. I sent a reminder text to him the date before. But he did not show up on Nov.24 and did not phone or text me. A few days later I called him to ask him why he had no show. He said that his phone was stolen. Then we booked another appointment for Dec.3 at 7am. He did not show up either and no heads up. I called him again and ask what happened. This time the reason was that his truck would not start. He then texted me to confirm that he will come on Sunday Dec.6 at 1pm instead. As usual I sent a reminder text to him the day before, but he did not come on Sunday either and no call/text. I called him Sunday afternoon he said he thought it is Monday 1pm. Fine, Monday was OK with me. Then Monday Dec.7 at 1pm still no show. I called and asked him if he still want to do my job or I can contact other company. He told me he was stuck at the time and would come by 4pm. Guess what, still no show and no call, no text, no communication. How can you do business like this? If you cannot come to your appointment, you should notify your customer. This is not too much to ask. I had good faith to book this service and believed all his excuses, felt sorry for what happened to him and keep postpone the appointment. So "buyer be aware", If you don't want to be treated like I was, you know what to do - stay away from this company. He just can't keep his words. I booked another company in the evening on Dec.7 and got the job done on Dec.9. What a difference! Elite Restoration Services has lost my business forever. read more

The gutters on my single level home needed an annual cleaning. Looked at Yelp for recommendations. As is our habit, we usually contact 2-3 same sector services to coordinate and establish a scope of work and concomitant estimated cost. Elite Services had only one Yelp review but they were one of the ones we contacted. We spoke with Brandon at Elite Services to coordinate a time/day for an on-site estimate. Brandon promised an on-site estimate on the margins of his busy schedule. We settled on Monday evening "between 5 & 7 PM." BOTTOM LINE: Elite Services's Brandon never showed up. He never contacted us telling us he would not be able to make the agreed upon time. Makes one wonder, if a service doesn't deliver on a promise, what does this suggest/say about the quality of their work? What makes it a bit more exasperating is the fact that Brandon was very responsive in his text messages. Loved the "can do, will do" attitude exuded by him in his text messages. This made it doubly disappointing when it turned out he could not, did not deliver. ADDENDUM: As soon as this (above) review was posted, Brandon contacted me. He was very effusive in his apology for standing me up last night. Based on his quick reaction to my posting, I've added a "star" and this post-comment to this Yelp review. He's the type of small business person who makes this country great. Brandon is putting it all out there.
